— Ace That's how I read it.
He's setting up a paradigm: Weiner said his account was hacked. We proceed from whether or not that's true.
Or, as he says: "Mr. Weiner says that his account was hacked, and as a result we'll have to see how this plays out."

The Dem leadership told him to get this under control, and he didn't. Weiner is a distraction from their narrative about how the evil Republicans want to kill grandma, set-back race relations, let the poor and needy die in the streets, etc. Few Dems are still defending him and not even his mentor Chuckie Schumer has been all that supportive. They can't allow this to continue. But if it does, will they go for the teary speech with the wife at his side or will they actually push for his resignation?

At this point, it may depend upon who presents the next weiner surprise. If there really is a high schooler among the lucky winners of the "my pen ain't as mighty as my sword" fanclub, then they will probably all pile on. Ironically, they'll probably ditch him even if he can prove that " I really thought that he/she/it was over 18.

Blackbart should release the KRACKEN! Or risk getting scooped.
RADAROnline has just released some of Flashy Tony's "sexting" instant messages and they're not with his wife, but rather a woman with whom he is reported to have been having a "long-term affair" with on Facebook.

Depends on whether they think he can, or should, be saved and that would come down to the influence of a few big Dem powerbrokers.
I think that Chuck The Schmuck and Hillary would have to go to bat for Weiner if he were kept around, as Schmuck is Weiner's mentor while Hillary is close with Huma Weiner, take that as you will.

This isn't the paper age where papers competed to get headlines on the street to outsell another. Beitbart's name alone lured out a crap load of the usual idiots, Ben Smith included, who WANT to believe that this time, perhaps this time, Breitbart overreached. Thus there are quotes and dead-as-a-doornail stories aplenty, thanks due to the tethered goat with fangs. This is like the ACORN stories all over again.
And now that a second one has come forward, it'll be interesting to see if we get another pile on, like Tiger Woods got.

BREAKING!
RadarOnline is reporting today that Democrat Anthony Weiner has been abusing the Congressional telephone system to have phone sex with women he has been meeting online.
Anonymous Source: "I gave him my number and he called me from his office and we proceeded to talk dirty for at least 30 minutes."
"A few days later, I tried to call him back on that number.
"But the number wouldn't connect to his office; instead there was a recorded message that it was an outgoing U.S. Congress line only."
As they say, read the whole thing.

I think that Boehner et all now have all the evidence they need for an ethics investigation once Weiner is done choking himself in view of the public.

Chill. Andrew Breitbart is in the pantheon of credible conservative media people. He knows exactly what he is doing.

If sexting had been around when I was in the sixth grade, it would have transcribed exactly like Herr Weiner's.
