p.s. Blue Bloods also ended with a line making fun of Bloomberg, as Selleck isn't allowed to smoke a cigar outside, and he complains about the "'nanny" in charge.

Good catch on Blue Bloods; I was in amazement when the douche did the "I won" line.
I know, I wasn't sure I was seeing what I was seeing when I watched the season premiere of Blue Bloods. The mayor parts and the nanny part at the end more than made up for having Tony Bennett on. Though I suppose it was shot before Tony Bennett made his crazy stupid remarks.
And, yes, I don't understand how anyone watches SNL anymore. I guess if you are a member of the liberal tribe it is obligatory along with Stewart and Colbert so you can appropriately parrot back what you are supposed to think and find funny.

I guess it's obligatory to link to it if you live in NYC. I am blissfully able to completely block out the NY "media/tainment" industry.
My poor husband is in NYC this weekend. He's been describing the scene looking out his hotel window (which is somewhere on Manhattan's East Side) and says it looks post-apocalyptic out there. Such a jam of cars (mostly cabbies) and people and garbage and filth.
The biggest US city I can handle is Chicago. The lake and parks save it from being too horrendous a cavern and the trash is mostly of the blowing around from the wind variety. Not so much grime.
The biggest world city I enjoyed was London, but that was just three days and my home-base was Kensington, plus I had a friend as a guide.

That's why, when they publish the tax returns of famous libs, their charitable giving is negligible. They believe that it's the government's job. Are there no prisons? Are there no workhouses?

That's a lie. Simply and completely a lie. But they believe it, because they've been told it over and over again by the brave truth-tellers in the media.
And I think at some level even the libs who repeat this garbage to themselves must know that it's a lie. When they repeat these lies, it's not one another they're lying to, it's themselves. They're desperately trying to convince themselves that they're smart high-status people for voting Democrat, and that anyone who disagrees is low-status and evil.

My favorite Lorne Michaels story is when Elvis Costello first appeared there. Costello wanted to do a song that Michaels said was too long and made him change it; I'm thinking the stupid cocksucker was really obnoxious when making his demand rather than a request because when it came time to do it, Elvis fucked him over by changing back to the original song. It was one of the rare times that I was watching the POS show and I noticed that Costello really seemed to be intense while playing when they broke for a kumurshul; turns out Michaels was giving him the finger just off camera like a pansy twat which made EC bear down harder in response.

What about all the people that collected phony disability claims their entire lives without having ever paid into the system in their entire lives? A huge part of the SS fund problems are because of SSI.

Coming in late to the party, but I agree with everything said about Blue Bloods on Friday night. I almost shit when that dumbass mayor says he won. I love Tom Selleck, I did get a chuckle out of the Tony Bennett scene at the end, Selleck's probably having a coronary for having to be part of anything with Tony Bennett in it after his senility laced comments last week.
That show is entertaining. However I wish they would bring back Chicago Code, that show was like watching Obama's administration behind the scenes.

DAVID GREGORY, HOST: Back in 2002, you said Israel has had no better friend in the White House than George W. Bush. Would you say the same about President Obama?
ISRAELI PRIME MINISTER BENJAMIN NETANYAHU: They've all been great friends of Israel. You know why?
MR. GREGORY: You said, "No better friend in the White House than George W. Bush."
PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: When did I say that?
MR. GREGORY: 2002 on this program.
PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: OK. Well, they keep moving. They keep adding new people to--you know, that's the peculiar thing about our system, the leaders, the leaders keep changing.
MR. GREGORY: So George W. Bush and President Obama are equivalent in your mind.
PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: God, I'm not going...
MR. GREGORY: I'm asking--no, but I'm asking you a serious question.
PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: I'm not going to start ranking. I'll tell you what, they're all...
MR. GREGORY: You did rank. But, Prime Minister, you did rank. And you said that America was behind you; and, in fact, this has been a frosty relationship between this administration and your administration. And the reality is that there's politics in this country and a presidential campaign. Just this week, you had Mitt Romney, a Republican, say of Obama that he threw Israel under the bus. Rick Perry described Obama's Middle East policy as naive, arrogant, misguided and dangerous. Do you disagree with those statements?
PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: David, you're trying to throw me under the bus of American politics. And guess what, I'm not going to be thrown there. So I'll tell you what...
MR. GREGORY: You didn't mind disagreeing with President Clinton's analysis this week about the Middle East.
PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: Sure.
(Anyone remember reading about Clintons' blaming Bibi for not getting the peace process he wanted?)Guess one is not allowed to defend themselves from a lie
MR. GREGORY: Do you disagree with these Republican candidates?
PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: I think the important thing to understand is this, and, and this is the truth about America, Israel enjoys tremendous bipartisan support, tremendous. And, and, and, you know, you just have to walk around the breadth and length of this country, it's--or fly, it's a big country--and everywhere you go, you see this tremendous, tremendous sympathy and affinity for Israel. This is what, I think, is one of the great blessings that Israel has in the, in the 21st century. So--and I think that bipartisan support is expressed by any person who happens to be the president of the United States...
MR. GREGORY: Are you concerned that partisanship is being injected into this?
PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: ...including President Obama. Every one of the U.S. presidents represents and acts on the tremendous innate friendship of the American people to Israel. And by the way, a piece of news, Israel is the one country in which everyone is pro-American, opposition and coalition alike. And I represent the entire people of Israel who say, "Thank you, America." And we're friends of America, and we're the only reliable allies of America in the Middle East

Dave: Sorry to break the news to you but the Social Security money is gone, plundered from the treasury. The donk's changed the rules in the Johnson administrative (IIRC) and the SS money has gone into the general fund since the late 1960s. Neither party has displayed the required spending discipline and the federal government is broke.
At some point, a bunch of folks are going to screwed out of their SS "investment" and receive nothing in return. The donks are just trying to kick the can down the road long enough so they don't get hung from lamp-posts by an angry electorate. Thus, the "We're not broke, Social Security is fine" mantra from the leftists and their ignorant followers.

We are in the middle of a holy war.
The muslim animals claim it to be so and I take them at their word.
It's a war that has existed since the beginning of time, not only am I a God fearing Christian, I want moon rock worshipping, honor kiilling, Muslims to burn in hell!

Seriously this administration is getting scarey in the freedom of speech/thought/ propaganda department. Once they completely control the information we recieve then they have the power to hide things from the general population. Come to think of it they are already doing that.

If the registers didn't figure the change correctly, 90% of those that have jobs taking your order wouldn't hold a job. What happenned to the good old days when they started with your bill and counted up to what you gave them for the bill? You knew you were getting the proper change. Now they just throw some money in your hand and say this is your change. Pathetic.

I find it interesting that two progressive douchebags would be arrested for espionage, be held in an Iranian prison, be tried and released on bail and STILL be libtards.
Why would you find that interesting? They are libtards, after all. They don't have the capacity to think.

Pittsburgh hasn't been a "Steel Town" for a while now.

I think they mean "cropper".
Which is a funny way of saying "farmer".
As in he bought the farm.
