First chink in the armor for Nikki Haley
Well it had to happen, she has taken sides with the tax and spend commies on an issue that I thought was settled. (At least they reported it so months ago). This article from the commie PR rag calls it a tax break for Amazon. That is actually a lie. They had agreed to build a distribution center near Columbia, SC. A distribution center is NOT a retail outlet that establishes a “presence” in the State for the purpose of collecting sales tax. But based on other States suing Amazon they wanted assurances from SC before they would build. Mark Sanford agreed to just that and pushed a bill for making sure it was understood that this center would not be a presence for the purposes of sales tax.
The had reported that this bill had been passed and signed into law so I questioned WTF Haley was going to do, not enforce the law? Now they are saying the bill has not been passed and Haley now says she is not in favor of it. If the bill does not pass they can kiss this center and 1200 jobs goodbye.
It doesnÂ’t help that this lying commie Dem PR rag calls it a tax break instead of a preventative measure to assure that the real interpretation is used to prevent yet another lawfare attack by the tax and spend crowd.
I am disappointed and I hope this isnÂ’t a sign of Haley going squish.

His parents are now claiming Muslim status in an effort to get the “hate crimes” dropped. That appears to be BS, but buried within the story is this little gem:
Osman -- who emigrated with his family from the African nation of Sierra Leone in 2004 -- was arrested and charged with felony assault and aggravated harassment, both as hate crimes.
In days of yore this kind of felony charge would have gotten an immigrant deported. What has change since then? PC BS by people like Ted the swimmer who have destroyed our borders and made it possible to flood the country with undesirables who will all vote Dem.
These immigration laws need to have the clocks set back to the pre-60s time frame ASAP.

Here's a reminder about what the Muz have in store for us here when they become too numerous, and also an important cautionary tale for any women considering jobs overseas. Not that any moronettes would be stupid enough to work in a Muz country, but regardless...
Given the stories that the Dearborn Michigan police are covering up "honor" crimes, I'd say we're not far off from something like this.

Aside from oil alliances, as if Hussein wouldn't have sold Kuwait's oil as effectively as Kuwait's Emir has, as if the Emir did more for his people with oil money than either Hussein or Qadhafi, the Emir "enjoys" being the sole target for his imported foreign worker rebels to take down as his entire Cabinet abandoned ship leaving him to fend for himself as well as for "Kuwait".

Hell, I won't even drive by a mosque. Why? Years ago, they would stand outside and record license plates of those driving by during the service. My dad used to tell me, that way they could always identify the infidels. Not sure if they still do it or not, but my dad was pretty sharp/smart when it came to things like that. He could have just said that to scare me, if so, it worked.

Speaking of an April Fool's joke
April 1 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. economy added more jobs than forecast in March and the unemployment rate unexpectedly declined to a two-year low of 8.8 percent, a sign the labor- market recovery is gathering speed.
Payrolls increased by 216,000 workers last month after a revised 194,000 gain the prior month, the Labor Department said today in Washington.
What a turn around! Why by next year (just in time for the election) unemployment will be at 0

Are you referring to our trade deficit, or to the federal deficit? If the former, please be sure to thank our so-called "free-trade" enthusiasts for that. If you're talking about the interest earned on T-bills, I'm certainly willing to join you in endorsing the banning of any further sale of those to China or its nationals or vassals.
But in either case I don't know how much of China's dollar hoard is being used to buy up military hardware. They have a strong and growing economy. They have natural resources and a vast underutilized labor pool. China doesn't need our dollars to spend on their military. The lack of them does not induce any kind of spending restraint on China, except to the extent that they have to import hardware and can only pay for that hardware with dollars. Their government, like ours, can claim as much of their nation's labor and resources as it wishes.

Taylor apparently was not paying attention and the knife entered his upper thigh, causing a small puncture wound. Taylor tells 3 On Your Side he was kind of scared. “I was just really weak, that's about it," he says.
Not knowing what to do while his parents slept upstairs, Taylor called an ambulance and walked outside to wait for help. Paramedics arrived and although he was taken to the hospital, the wound did not require stitches.
However, a month later, Taylor and his mom received a letter from the City of Peoria demanding $2,000. "I feel like I am being strong-armed, truly by the city attorney's office, being billed repeatedly for this $2,000."
The City of Peoria had hired a bio-hazard company to go out to their Peoria neighborhood in order to clean up blood droplets left from Taylor's wound as he waited in the street and sidewalk for the ambulance.
The bio-hazard company, surprisingly, was hired out of Tucson which is 2½ hours away.
"Over half the bill was strictly their travel time alone because they city chose to use a company from Tucson."
Jennifer claims hiring an out-of-town bio-hazard company was not only irresponsible, but considering her son's wound did not require stitches, she thinks the city overreacted by hiring high-dollar specialists.
"I don't think that as a tax-paying resident we should have to pay this bill especially this amount of money."
3 On Your side got involved and asked the City of Peoria to investigate and they did. In an email to me, the city attorney's office says, "Blood is a bio-hazardous material..." and "must be removed from public places."

There are actually 2 reasons in my opinion. The first is the government doing what it does best - killing business with high taxes and hostility.
The second is that clueless managers generally see outsourcing as a way to save money, even though frequently the problems which result from outsourcing demolish any savings generated. There is a grain of truth to the old adage that you get what you pay for.

The question is why hasn't Duke sent their cocksucker president, Brodhead, packing for finding the players guilty before any of the evidence was in and refusing to even meet with any of the parents of the players, some of whom are alumni. I have to think that alumni contributions have been tanking and if the plaintiffs' attorneys aggressively depose him the school will look like it's run by a bunch of fucking lunatics. This will not end up well for the school and they're being idiots for not realizing this.

Using data supplied by identity monitoring company Debix, Power examined 40,000 children's profiles and found more than 10 percent had identities that were tainted in some way.
"These were 4,000 kids in there with gun licenses, mortgages, car loans and driverÂ’s licenses. That's crazy," Power said.
Among the victims described in the report: A 16-year-old girl in Arizona with 33 credit accounts linked to her name, including three mortgages; a college student with $300,000 in debt that was the result of the transposition of numbers; a college student from Texas who lost an internship because her background check classified her as "unemployable"; and a 30-year-old woman in Arizona whose identity was compromised when she was 12 and who is still haunted by her imposter. When she tried to buy a home recently, her bank told her she had a recent foreclosure on her record.
Among the 4,311 children found to have distressed identity records, 300 were under 5 years old. Nearly 1,800 cases involved utility service records, such as bogus electricity service accounts. There were also 500 kidsÂ’ names attached to mortgages or foreclosures, and 415 of the kids had driver's licenses.

A variety of commentators have suggested that there is positive correlation between the ideological valence of legal scholarship and the intellectual capacity of the author. In their most common form, these suggestions posit an association between "progressive" or "left leaning" political views, and "IQ" or "intelligence." Recent developments in content analysis and the measurement of inellectual capacity now permit empirical testing of these claims.
The results do not confirm the standard hypothesis. Siegel-Spaeth ideology scores that indicate "progressive" ideology were negatively correlated with the Stanford-Benet estimates.
I will note that the first mistake here is that the intelliegence test is the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale. That aside, this would idicate that bases on these law review articles, that progressive aren't more intelligent than others.
