— Ace It's racist to find fault with a president you don't like.
Didn't you guys know that?
Criticizing Bush in harsh terms was described by Goldberg as "just getting our dialogue back," in 2003; she was claiming that the left had been "silenced," see, and it's new posture of unremittingly anger and hate and death wishes was just getting the "dialogue" back.
Now, when Obama is finally starting to be treated similarly -- not similarly, really, at all, but when he's getting 10% of what Bush got -- it's a friggin' racist scandal.
You know what Whoopie Goldberg has, don't you?
That's right. You can say it.

If I haven't mostly heard many republicans say the whole birther thing was a non issue, I might believe some of the crap coming out of lawrence's mouth. Like him saying that glenn beck was pushing the issue. anyone who even listens to beck occasionally knows that beck never pushed the issue except to wholly make fun of it.
It becomes concerning when you think that people will believe everything ol lawrence says. They will believe that beck is a brither, they will believe that the republicans are birthers. That is truly concerning to me. I don't understand why no republican has come out to tell lawrence to stop spewing the crap that he has nothing to back up.

“Not only has the Massachusetts state House passed a new law barring all PEUs from collective bargaining on health care, it passed by a veto-proof majority — because Democrats pushed the bill. . . . Yes, you read that right. Democrats in Massachusetts admitted that Scott Walker had the right idea all along. In fact, the Commonwealth believes that the ability to manage health care coverage will save taxpayers $100 million in the next budget year. And in another nod to Wisconsin, the House held their vote at 11:30 last night, hoping to avoid the kind of demonstrations that Wisconsin Democrats encouraged in Madison.”

The old guy says, 'Well, maybe we can help each other. What does your wife look like?'
The young guy says, 'Well, she is 24 yrs old, tall, with blonde hair, big blue eyes, long legs, big boobs, and she's wearing tight white shorts, a halter top and no bra. What does your wife look like?'

If Obama wins in '12 due chiefly to the use of the Race Cardtm, why all the Democrats have to do is keep running black men and women for potus.
It's so crazy it might work.

Riiight. The left has been silenced all these years...
I'll believe that when hell freezes over and pigs naturally grow wings and fly.
Typical liberal behaviour. If all else fails, the opposition is racist. After all, you can't prove what someone's thinking, so just accuse them of something unprovable. It works all most of the time.

You right-wing birther nuts need to accept the truth that this absolutely visceral hatred for our first black presidenthas a lot to do with the color of his skin.
For His Left Ideas For His saying our military was straffing villges and civilians, for His not being transperant and using Federal funds as if they'd never run out!
More death threats than any other president in history (probably from angry teabaggers). Think about it.
Yeah I thought about it all the way through watching You burn Bush in Effigy and calling our military Killers !

I have the new FF4 (I think that is what the new version is called) anyway, I can read through a thread, then refresh page and new comments show up - not at the end which is normal - but in the middle. It makes me repost what others have already said.
Plus, parts of a main post are missing, then I hit refresh and it corrects it.
Plus, whole threads don't even show up for awhile.
It keeps making me post on a dead thread, post on a thread as OT because it didn't show the thread below the latest one (where my post fit better) etc.
Is anyone else having this problem?

See I'm not a racist. This is what I had to say about George Bush in 2003. It was teh funny.
"That's why I'm here tonight. Because I love bush. But someone's giving bush a bad name. Someone has tarnished name of `bush.' Someone has waged war, someone has deliberately misled the country, someone has attempted to amend the constitution, all in the name of bush. The bush I know and cherish would never do such things. My bush is smarter than that. And if my bush is smarter than that, you can understand just how dumb I think that other bush is. And anyone who would wave to Stevie Wonder is not fully there. I will do whatever it takes to restore bush to its rightful place and that ain't in the White House. Vote your heart and mind and keep bush where it belongs."

When I've had trouble sleeping, 10 mgs. works like a charm for me. Chased with a shot of Valu-Rite.
Ace,
While in Iraq, about a quarter bottle of nyquil would do the trick nicely. I'd feel a bit fluffy the next morning but nothing a small can of rockstar or rip-its wouldn't take care of. Get that sleep bro. Or you'll go insane.

I am a member of the TEA Party. I pray each day that Barky remains safe and not a hair on his head is ever harmed. I do this not because I have any love for the Barkster, but because we will need him after his one term to serve as a negative example of what this country needs as a leader. He will no doubt be mouthier than Jimmy Carter and a perfect anti-barometer of what is right for this country. Fuck Him! And long may he live!

I mean I know a mom who trotted her kids down to see that bill board in times square before pressure took it down. She took them to the fantastiks, took them to dinner and desert at serendipity and showed them the bill board. She has three girls and was making a huge point during a lovely family day. She keeps saying to us that she has to be vigilant cause the world is against everything she is trying to instill in her kids. that's a common idea I hear from parents, no matter what color they are. But my friend is particularly upset that the "nice woman who plays the nun and her kids love to watch" is a "total jackass and tool". she doesn't want the "nice nun and her crazy ass ideas" to have an impact on her kids who watch the movie and love her in the movie and might listen to her when she "spouts her anti black rhetoric". If you look at it from this perspective then you realize that woopie and tavis are making it more difficult to be a successful black parent and to raise successful black children as form the perspective of my successful black friends, they are spewing damaging rhetoric. My friend says to us "I keep saying look at the president and his family, they are working hard, they worked hard and they are successful, period. There is no race involved here as the race problem only exists in the minds of the weak people who foster it for their own advantage, and you would be best to remember that". You know when you look at it from my friend's perspective you begin to question why the campaign is harping on the race card and why they haven't gone passed that as it seems the successful black middle class has to the idea that "every kid in America can be as successful as president BO and his wife and all you have to do is be thoughtful, purposeful, work hard and do your best." More and more I'm seeing how damaging the "racist" message is to black children. Why isn't anyone thinking about them? Why are people so hell bent on forging their agenda of getting even and making people pay that they've forgotten the most important part of this, the children?

Goldberg is big on income redistribution and most of the Democratic agenda. But on inheritance taxes she's a big time conservative. She got hers and she's going to share it with her family. 'Yours' you're going to have to share with whomever the government tells you to share it with.
There's only one honest liberal and it's Ed Begley Jr who lives the no-frills, small environmental footprint lifestyle that he advocates for you.
