Yep, pretty much sums it up [Fritzworth]

From the talented fingers of the ever-charming-yet-pungent S. Weasel. Her post is titled, "As least the Romans got fiddle music." (Be sure to go to her website and check out some of her other original semi-photo-creations.) If Obama loses next year, I suspect pundits will point back to the past week as the turning point. ..fritz..

9 I doubt it. The MFM is still covering for him such as 'It only took 1/2 an hour to fill out those brackets.' Yes, except it really took 3 hours. And then if that is still minute amount of time. Listen to his apparent expertise and knowledge of those 30 (or however many in a bracket thing) teams. He knows the player names and strengths and weaknesses etc. HOW MANY FUCKING HOURS does he watch college basketball to know all of that information???? Throw in parties and golf and using Air Force 1 179 out of 365 days last year alone, gets to the office around 9:30 on the days he bothers showing up. WHEN the fuck does he WORK???

Waiting on a top level GOP official to come out and empathize with Obama's "fiddling while Rome burns" attitude.  You know someone will do it.  Boehner will probably walk right into it in his next interview.  Zero should be absolutely hammered over his lack of leadership and immature attitude toward the most powerful position in the world.

29 If liberals were capable of thought, then they would be capable of shame.  The liberals I know and used to get along with well are no longer people I can bring myself to even speak with anymore...the cult of O'bumbles serves some pretty strong Kool-Aid.  I now see them only as useful idiots not worth engaging with.

30 Let us hope this is the turning point for anyone who could possibly be on the fence that this is the worst president, ever, and the most dangerous/worthless president in US history. He KNOWS he is making the country mad in ignoring Japan, the worries about radiation, and the "no fly zone" issue or taking the lead in Libya. He knows. However, when you have a personality disorder called narcissism you are the queen of passive aggression.

32 Why should anyone expect leadership from a man who has never lead?  He just wants to keep voting present long enough so the crisis eventually works itself out and then he can step in and claim the ultimate result was his idea all along.  He may as well pitch the 9th game of the World Series as lead the country - he has no experience in either.

37 This blog is like the same joke over and over and over again, with the same people giving each other high fives because you recognize the gesture.

I thought Ace was being silly when he said that he was way into shibboleths....  but that's like all that this blog is anymore.  Just high fives over the same political fart joke over and over.  It used to be occasionally insightful, but now it's like watching high school jocks careening into their thirties, trying to recapture their faded glory through weekly trips to the local dive bar. Even the self-deprecating jokes....  seem sardonic rather than ironic.

At least when the dems used to ping Bush for his record-breaking number of vacation days, there was some merit to it.  You didn't have to photoshop pictures of Bush on vacation, he was really on vacation all the time.  And even then, the "fiddle while rome burns" routine was overextended to the point of being annoying, like a balding man with a ponytail.

It's time for some new ideas.

Have you ever known a liberal to go look for information and come to their own conclusions, versus repeating what other liberals told them?  Neither have I, nor will they consider any source valid if it does not conform to their beliefs.

I'm pointing to the day he got bumped from the dais when presenting the issue of the day (his tax policy) as Clinton shooed him away while saying he didn't want to make FLOTUS mad about being late to a Christmas party.

I'm pretty sure the list of "turning points" will be quite extensive. The MBM, however, will still blame Bush.
