I didn't see this but a guy who related this story said he contacted CNN and told him this was his hometown (I think he lived in New York City by then) and was aware that the "Klan rally" they referenced had a total of 5 participants. They were underwhelmed by this fact, a fact, I'll bet they already knew. No need to state what CNN intent was.
