It's not the profanity I object to. It's Obama's mad scramble to be hip again. I object to the profanity = hip notion.

I just object to him, period.

This, by the way, who campaigned in 2008 on Hope and Change, and who vowed that today was the day when the sea level began to fall, and the earth began to heal.

This is also a guy who took the exceedingly thin series of claims he's made over the past two years, repackaged them in a 20 page pamphlet which mostly contains big pictures, and called it his new agenda for a second term.

This of course suggests a hip factor did indeed exist at one point. It may have but it was of course not organic and was of outside construct.

Obama has jumped the shark. Take him on Leno last night. Leno reads him questions from the audience. One of which is..."Mr. President what super hero power would you most want to have." Mr. Obama responds, "probably the power to fly...but then these super heroes only have very thin clothes on so..."

Then Leno interruupts and actually tells Obama, "You are really over thinking this."

This was Obama's 5th appearance on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

I submit, the hip factor was never an aspect coming from Obama but, as with most things involving Obama, an outside construct.

Obama is faking his way through the office of president and it is showing.

The most exigent issue for the media is to soft-land this failure so as to not allow it to completely subsume their credibility...which of course is too late.

This was at the service (funeral service) where Obama and Hillary spoke with the parents. The father called in to some Oregon radio show and told the story. This was after Hillary knew the video had nothing to do with the attack. And it shows the arrest was coordinated from the White House. This wasn't a parole violation thing. The arrest was ordered from the White House.

OK, so I'm driving up to my MIL's, and listening to Rush, who's talking to some Romney volunteer who's all concerned about whether there's enough enthusiasm for the cause. Then I see something I have never, ever seen before.

There was a guy down the block, walking down the street (one of the main drags in town), with a billboard on, front and back. I thought they stopped doing that stuff in the '30s, so I had to get a closer look.

The guy was sporting a Romney-Ryan sign! It also said something like "Stop Obama" below. This is in a semi-rural part of western NY, while NY is pretty much assumed that we are hopeless Obamabots.

The guy, not a young man, walked for miles. Damn!
