Friend --
Day after day, night after night, I've sat by Barack Obama's side as he made one gutsy decision after the other.
I get to see firsthand what drives this man. I get to see his enormous heart.
Tomorrow night, Barack is going to get up on that stage and debate Governor Romney for the presidency. He's going to fight for the things we believe in.
Do me a favor -- let him know you're with him before the debate, because it's time for you to get on board.
Make a donation of $5 or more today -- just 23 cents per day until November 6th.
When I had my turn on the debate stage last week, I spoke about the things we've accomplished together -- the values we all share.
That's exactly what Barack's going to do tomorrow night.
So as we enter the final days of this campaign, and before all of the work we've been doing in the field gets put to one, final test, let's show Barack what kind of grassroots organization he's got behind him -- one that's ready for whatever comes ahead.
Any donation you can make today, no matter how large or small, matters. Please don't wait any longer -- chip in $5 or more for the last days of this campaign:

Thanks,
Joe

Apropos of something....
When one takes responsibility for the deaths of four people under one's watch, shouldn't there be some price? Some price like resignation, for example? Or is Hillary saying, "I took responsibility, so shut up."

"...for the first two years of Obama’s term, the phone calls Clinton kept expecting rarely came. “People say the reason Obama wouldn’t call Clinton is because he doesn’t like him,” observes Tanden. “The truth is, Obama doesn’t call anyone, and he’s not close to almost anyone. It's stunning that he's in politics, because he doesn't really like people. My analogy is that it’s like becoming Bill Gates without liking computers.”

So I'm watching Fox and they interview this high school teacher who's doing really great work with the kids encouraging them to vote. She doesnt care if theyre "liberal" or conservative, they just need to make their voices heard.
Its really great when the young people vote and have their voices heard. I don't know why but it just is.
I'm thinking we need to counter this idea that its great that people "have their voices heard" when there's nothing in their heads. Seriously.
IF YOURE NOT INTO THIS STAY THE FUCK HOME WE DONT NEED YOUR VOICE!

Asked the dumbass cousin the other day who he was voting for - he sticks his lower lip out, gets red-faced, and said, "I know I'm not voting for Romney!!!" Mumbled something about voting Green, or something.
My sister and her husband, both total libs living in Ohio, are not going for Obama this time either. I've convinced him to go to Romney, though Ryan being a bowhunter didn't hurt, but she's going for Gary Johnson instead. I can see a decent percentage of previous O voters going Green or Libertarian this year.

I know exactly how. About 15 years ago, I decided to give Amtrak a shot when I was traveling to a conference. Forget about the rude idiot manning the "information" desk, who didn't know the track number for my train departing in 20 minutes. I was on the way, and decided to get something to eat, so I went to the "dining" car. There was one very sullen guy behind the counter and a long line in front of it. In any real establishment, that guy would have been hustling, but not him. No, he would take an order for something really complicated, like a cup of black coffee. He'd put the water in a styrofoam cup, put that in the microwave, and just lean against the bulkhead while the water heated, with no attempt to get a start on the next order. Then he slammed down the instant coffee packet, and glared at you. No thankyou, no "anything else", just a glare and a look at his tip jar (I kid you not). I made a point of ordering the coffee, and when he gave me a few pennies change, ostentatiously put it in my pocket. It was the last time I've used that miserable outfit. Sadly, it's not the last time I paid for it.

Well, sweetie, you all posted this. If it was funny, I would say "good one", but it's NOT funny. Not even a little. Just more evidence that the ability to possess humor is a quality the conservative brain trust sorely lacks. Don't know why, exactly. But compare comedians, satirists. Sure, a few are cuntservatives, but the vast majority aren't. Go figure.
But your offering of "humor" is weak. Like Ryan's debating skills. Like Romney's integrity. Like Reagan's memory. Like Maggie Thatcher's attractiveness. Like George Will's chin. Like Ann Coulter's rhetoric. Like Fox News' analysis. Like Rush Limbaugh's caloric and narcotic will power.
Weak, bro.

Well, leaving aside the fact that Harry Truman was an honorable man who had some bullshit notions in his head, Harry Truman was not elected President because of his unearned Mocha status.
Romney will be the next President because a lot of Obama voters, who reflexively voted for him in 2008 because of the Mocha thing, had 4 years to pay attention. They discovered that he's a creepy little man, with no core, and makes their skin get kind of crawley (a close cousin to Crowley).

That's my prediction, too. And there's gonna be trouble. Which in the long run is good, because it exposes the Left in America even more.

I didn't say celebrities. I said humorists. Cuntservatives gauge humor by whether or not it's vile and pejorative towards whatever serves their right wing purpose. There is no such thing as effective conservative political satire that I know of. If you can name one, beside P.J. O'Rourke, who is dead now -- too bad, you guys could really use him, and I'd find him to be refreshing -- that would be progress.

We are, with this very election, playing out what the Founding Father's often debated about...
Can a Democracy survive... for when the people can Vote for Leaders who will allow them to Leach off the public Largess.... when they can vote for wealth redistribution... when they can vote for a 'Free Lunch'.... the Founders knew that given enough time, they would.
Thats why the Vote was a PRIVALEGE, not a RIGHT.... for Rights come from the Creator... while a VOTE comes from your form of Government...
And its why they had Poll Taxes, so the landed and successful could decide who would lead.... not the Obamaphone Mob...
This IS a Historic Election.... because Romney WAS right... we are at a tipping point where 47%... close to a majority... now do not pay for Government (Soc Sec, Medicare, and other employment taxes pay for THOSE programs, not the Government itself )

Oh come on. That has to be a joke. Please, God, tell me that's a joke. Tell me we don't have the leaders of this nation pretending to be ninjas on a Tuesday afternoon for no apparent reason....

Wow, that WaPost burial of Jesse Jr was impressive.
They basically called Jesse Jr an alcoholic, racist, closeted homosexual, delusional nutjob with violent tendencies.
So he is just like his dad, but not a bastard (his dad is really one) and he doesn't have any bastard kids that he is fessing up too.
Link to story please.

Yes. I'm very afraid. I'm so afraid. I'm afraid that you don't know the difference between beastiality and homosexuality. You just inadvertently called the entire list "queer". Namecalling is not nice. I'm sure that Capt Hate, and Empire of Jeff, and YJYi, and weft-cut loop, and Tattoo De Plane have all briefed you on how vile images and name calling do nothing to promote your message.

-- only to be found roaming the halls of Congress dressed up as a ninja.
The troll may have a point. We're really not as funny as the posse of demented fucknuggets the Left sees fit to elect to office.

Why look like Ozzy and sing David Bowie?
Crazy Train would be appropriate for this administration.
Crazy Train would be good for energy, EPA, foreign policy, the Fed, Stimulus, bailing out the corrupt too big to fail banks, too big to fail unions, green energy, demonization of the successful, subsidizing the corn mafia in bullshit states like Iowa, refusal to defend the borders against an invasion from the south, surrender to the Muslim Brotherhood, and allowing Iran to go nuclear, shrugging at the fact that the House of Saud is going to go nuclear to offset the Iranian mullahs, support of all unions against the best interests of the states, bullying the Supreme Court into surrender to the Socialist Supreme Stare, and supporting all anti-American lawfare. How's that for a f'n run on sentence?
If Obama wins, the US dies. Simple.

Posted by: Invictus at October 16, 2012 12:26 PM (OQpzc).............YES ! Jesus there's a glimmer of hope for you all yet. That WOULD be funny. And it would rock. It would probably be easier to write also, and the vocals could be buried in reverb and effects so his pitchy singing wouldn't detract. Think about it ! You could work in the Amtrak thing and everything. Okay - you have your homework assignment -- due by the end of the day. Write some hip, satirically biting lyrics to "Crazy Train".Ready??????? GO !!

That's not too bad, either. I would stick to satirizing the Prez -- the idea of a macho "gunning" Romney doesn't really click, but it's not too bad, overall. Good effort.
