December 2011, the payday was changed, this time the rule was that if the first of the month is a holiday or a weekend the payday would be the last business day of the preceding month.

January the first is always a holiday, therefore the January 2012 pay was moved to December 31, 2011.

The INTENDED consequences were that I and all other retired and active duty military personnel in all branches of military service would be taxed on thirteen months of pay (the thirteenth month was the January 02, 2012 pay that was received on December 31, 2011 and accounted as 2011 pay).

The settings are on the right hand side of the bezel. On the left wrist you bend your hand down to more easily turn or press the buttons. On the right wrist it's much more difficult to do that

And it's not just that he's not good at golf, it's that he's obviously poorly coordinated, and not very athletic. Look at the jerky motion, and the awkward straightening up as he hits the golf ball. (Or when he "wound up" to throw out the first pitch, the clumsy, uncoordinated, off balance way he did that.)

That's different from skill in the sport, which comes from practice. Someone who is more athletic than Obama will have a better swing, but just won't hit the ball accurately where he wants it to go. That's different from having a piss awful swing in the first place.
