For some reason, I recall a CarCraft/HotRod drag-off, from about 10 years ago ... stock, the Buick Wildcat (Buick version of the Chevy Nova), was the quickest. No idea why.

I have to agree, the early muscle didn't handle or stop too well. Mostly you aimed them and pulled the trigger.
Wasn't til Detroit got serious (mid 60's) that stopping and steering was addressed. Then you could order one with heavy duty brakes and better suspension.

I am a 57yr old white guy that grew up very poor. Lived on the wrong side of the tracks ( the actual wrong side ) for a lots of years.
There are 1000's more people, more BLACK people my round-haired friends that think exactly like this guy in the video and listen to this guy in the video and know exactly what he is saying and what he is feeling as he says it.
Hell, as as white guy from a poor background I feel ashamed of barak obama, or whatever the hell his name really is. He is a dissapointment of the highest order to regular people that I know, whether white or black, but especially black.
He is a sell out to PEOPLE, he is all about money, new world order, and a lot of crap that people without money care about, and that my friends includes HONOR.
Barak Hussein Soreto has no HONOR, no sense of self that he is proud of. He is the guy that likes getting BJs in a bathhouse, and that is not a real honourable thing to put out there. He is the guy that wants to make a living spending others money and ditto, not a very fulfilling honor basket there either.
He has 2 kids, and Michelle Robinson, god bless her, has the courage of her convictions and we all know where she stands.
BHO, not so much, his road was not honor-filled up to now, and will not be very honor-filled in the future. That is my common sense prediction.
PS. Hell the only reason that he came out and supported gay marriage is that he can finall say that after 14 years in politics he took a freakin stand on SOMETHING. ( Now give me MONEY ) That he has/has a spine about a lightning rod issue. ( Now give me MONEY )
And he picked that side for MONEY, not to support anyone, not to make a difference, but for freakin MONEY.

During gradeschool I wrote a short story that wasn't fully thought out as there were quite a few holes in the story, but today would probably get a kid suspended from school. It involved everyone except for a pre-selected few on the planet being killed by a man made tidal wave. As the main character was underwater (dying), he took a breath and found out he could breathe underwater. Then later found out that was "their" plan all along.
