Confirmed: MSNBC Will Report Anything Appearing on The Daily Kos
— Ace

Kos ran a satirical piece.

MSNBC, the "news" organization, announced it as actual news.

And:

This isn’t the first time Roberts and the show’s staff have fallen victim to less-than-factual information put out in the liberal blogosphere. Last December, Roberts relied on a blog post from the “progressive site” Americablog to tie a campaign ad for former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney to the Ku Klux Klan. Roberts later apologized for the error.

You're not liberal though, right? Anything that goes up on Daily Kos immediately makes it on to your airwaves -- even when it's a clear parody, or hard-to-believe nonsense from an anonymous "Diarist" -- and you clearly simply believe an-ny-thing-guh that pops up on an absurdly partisan blog, but you're not liberal.

I have this right, right?

Thanks to kbdabear.

1 That's satire? Swift weeps.

2 Funny how journalists keep touting how they are somehow superior to bloggers and yet quite often original content is being outright lifted from bloggers.

Also it might be nice to compare O'Reilly ratings to say CNN or MSNBC but add all the same time slot leftist media ratings together and you will see that even though conservatives outnumber leftists we are still behind.

Actually, I do.

I  remember a conversation I heard way back when Walter Cronkite was   still the most trusted man in America, don't remember who it was   with though  .    The Big Three Networks were losing money on their news operations and that situation had to be remedied.   Someone actually   declared to the  world that network news was now to be centered  around what people wanted to know (i.e.   bullshit) instead of what they needed to know, which was already in painfully short supply even then.
