Democratic Governor's Association Push New Wisconsin Poll That
— CAC

...still shows Walker leading, 49-46, over Tom Barrett.

This is the tenth straight poll showing Walker ahead.

They claim this is "narrower" than a poll they had a week before showing Walker by a wider lead. Conveniently they never released that one. I'll give you each one guess why.

Three observations:

1- Those desperately trying to change the inevitability feeling of Walker winning are now coming out of the woodwork with polls...but point #2

2- These polls still show Walker ahead.

3- The DGA's polls give Walker a wider lead than Barrett's own internals. Oopsie.

4- (I lied about three) They are pushing what now counts as the tenth poll straight showing Walker leading, and only in response to public polls with fully divulged crosstabs giving the Governor a more substantial lead.

5- I miss sunlight.

Live debate between Tom Barrett and Governor Scott Walker can be streamed from here.

16 #17 They can try that stunt all they wish but unless they can crack way, way beyond a 165k vote margin between both counties, its for naught. Also I have seen news reports of massive ballot requests in Waukesha, Washington, Sheboygan, and the Green Bay area. None of those are Barrett turf.

21 Worry is good. It inspires more Rs to be active- poll watching, driving elderly voters to the polls, voting in droves. The Democrats will attempt between 04Prez and 10Gov turnout in the two biggest counties for them, but if they are getting crushed everywhere else in the state it isn't enough. Both Walker AND Prosser carried more counties than Bush in 04. Made a difference for Prosser and was icing on the cake for Walker's first run.

wtf is barrett talking about?  the job numbers are from WI itself, does Barrett even know how the labor dept get its numbers?  It sends, not via email, but snail mail, to about 5000 employers in the country, that's it, in the footnotes of the report it says they may be 100 + or - , that is how the labor dept gets employed numbers, its an estimation, that's it.

So asking WI employers directly is a much more accurate way to gauge job numbers.

I'm beginning to detect a way to identify secret Obamaheads -- the ones who proclaim to be "non political" issues oriented, etc., etc., ad nauseum.
