Well you can be excused for not knowing who he is -- after all, you spend all your time watching movies and tv shows and reading entertainment-industry trade papers, so how could you know who he is?*
He was the guy who "starred" in American Pie until people saw the film and decided Seann William Scott ("Stiffler") was actually the star, despite only being in the movie for 20 minutes.
He's now apparently doing voice-over work for cartoons -- the new Ninja Turtles on Nickelodeon. So, really lighting it up, career-wise. And also: Maybe your kids don't need to watch Ninja Turtles, eh?
Just degrading nastiness for the sake of it.

I watched a little bit of that movie.
You remember movies like Hot Dog, Up the Creek, Porky's, Porky's Revenge?
Weren't they pretty good but sometimes you weren't sure whether or not it was really funny, but it was kinda funny?
Americna Pie wasn't even sorta kinda funny, it didn't meet that benchmark.

Full disclosure, i was in a bar with friends and we saw Jason Biggs, pretty soon after Saving Silverman (which sorta sucked), and one of my friends went right up to him and shook his hand and talked to him for a bit. Biggs was very cool about it.
