2 It's wonderfully brutal.

How fucking stupid was Team Obama to bleat about "context," huh?  It's almost as if they were only reading Dave Weigel's coverage and thinking "yeah, that's the ticket!  If THIS GUY thinks it's unfair, then it must be!"

21 a web ad? Posted by: soothsayer at July 26, 2012 04:57 PM

OF COURSE it's a freekin' web ad.

Only Bark Obama is free to peddle his lies on TV, featuring women who are afraid Romney will make them have to actually think about -- and control -- their own lives. Only Bark Obama can lie about Teh Eeeeevil Mutt who -- as well all know -- is a felonious money-grubber who has thrown millions of Americans out of work.

So far, the non-web rebuttals of the Choomer-in-Chief's lies are presented as meekly as if Poppin' Fresh was writing the copy. Gotta be fair to the little shitweasel, you know.

I wish the Repubs had the balls to start laying out the truth about what little we know about President Historic First©. Show him for what he is: an incompetent, racist, America-hating turd.

But no. Everyone thinks it's enough to take gentle swipes at him, to say "gosh, what he did wasn't all nice, was it?

And that's why Obama may well get another term to do his calculated damage.

I break it down to the two words: "somebody else."

NO, YOU MARXIST DUNCE!  Us, we built that, INCLUDING the roads and bridges.  It really really really is this guy announcing to the world, he doesn't believe in the American system, as articulated by the phrase "of the people, by the people, for the people."  He just doesn't.  To him, it's "of the government, by the government, and if we feel like it, some of it leftover for the people."

Somebody smarter than me could explain how it breaks down, but there is a certain amount of this stuff that has nothing to do with the personalities involved.  In other words, in '08 McCain wasn't going to be elected because no Republican was going to win that year.  Now, we could probably come up with a scenario by which the results in '08 COULD have been different, but really, it was going to be the D's year.

Just like this year, no chance in heck the Scoamf will be reelected, no matter who Romney selects for Veep.

I just remember how pissed off people were at Rick Perry, for defending 'one'.....only 'one'....aspect of the Dream Act menu:

Allowing children of illegals to qualify for paying the In-State tuition rate.

Rubio's list of goodies for illegals goes waaay beyond that.

There's just an ideological difference.  I asked him why he didn't know about Scott Walker saving at least one school and why he thinks it's ok for his "news" people to keep covering for the dems and unions 24x7.  His response was FOX news does it for the right. It's scary how many influential people like him are so damn stupid.

The bestest part about all of this is that Obama's own "world's greatest orator" myth has been utterly shattered.  And really, what else was there to recommend him as a national leader?  Certainly not any actual accomplishments.

Most Americans are fine with Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney's Mormon faith, according to a nationwide survey by the Pew Research Center.

60% of voters are aware that Romney is Mormon, virtually unchanged from four months ago, during the GOP primaries.

The vast majority of those who are aware of Romney's faith say it doesn't concern them. Fully eight-in-ten voters who know Romney is Mormon say they are either comfortable with his faith (60%) or that it doesn't matter to them (21%).

I notice that the crowd cheers the loudest when he says "there are a lot of hard-working people out there", as if the lazy jackholes who support this d-bag worked hard at anything other than filling out food stamp forms.

And my perpetually unanswered question of why, if liberals are so smart, do they have to come ask non-liberals for money to fund the government? When I need money, I don't ask a liberal, because I know they are idiots about every under the sun except for "how to be a liberal". I figure out a way to get it and then get it.

Why doesn't Obama give a speech saying "My supporters are the most hard-working and intelligent people in the country, so I want you to go out there, earn more money than you've ever earned before and then voluntarily turn it over to the government, so we can fund all these great programs"? If he really believes his supporters are that special, he should ask this of them.

Bingo - the taxes allowed for the teachers and the roads and guess where the taxes came from.

And this administration throws around $500M in our tax money at one company, Solyndra that is now BK and completely wastes the $500M that was handed to Solyndra, a green company friendly to the administration.. It is a felony to not pay your taxes yet this government under Obama can waste taxpayer money.  This is logically and morally incongruent.

Obama's "clean up" video doesn't even comport with our values.

This is truly amazing.

Re sidebar "nepotism at the DoJ"

The stench of corruption at the Justice Department is a national disgrace.  I hope that if elected, Romney understands that Job #1 is to purge the place, and it is not the only department that needs it.  Corruption at the DoJ has truly become a threat to our national and personal security, and this cannot be allowed to stand.

Bubba Clinton fired 92 of 93 US Attorneys in the first few days of his first term, including one that was investigating him for corruption in Little Rock during his term as Governor!  Somehow the media overlooked that.  And the one he kept was... Patrick Fitzgeral, who would cover himself with glory in the Plamegate witchhunt - I guess we know what kind of "special" qualifications he had!

Mitt Romney needs to get the issue of corruption out on the table and pound it into peoples minds that we have a massive problem, so hopefully the media and the Dems (birm) have less ability to thwart him doing the housekeeping if and when he gets into office.

Obama's logic is flawed but even if one went with the "collective" you didn't build it crap, then the collective's TAX MONEY should be sacrosanct because it is the means to provide everything Obama says the collective does.

Yet, Obama destroys his own rhetoric and faux logic because his administration wasted $785B in shovel ready jobs and doled out billions to failed green companies soley on the basis of political alignment.

You see, Obama even violates his own failed logic.

"After spending more than $100 million airing mostly negative ads in the last three months, President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney and their allies havenÂ’t been able to move the public-opinion needle in the states most likely to determine the general election."

Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of clowns.

253 Someone here mentioned a theory on why Obama is running ads in places he has locked up and has no shot of winning in: because their entire strategy relies on spending a billion dollars to blanket the entire planet. Its all they know how to do, spend craploads of money on ads everywhere.
I think its meant to demoralize his opponent and seem omnipotent and inevitable. All it looks like to me is that they don't really know what they're doing and are lousy with money which just reinforces the image of the man as a wasteful spender.

255 The Pentagon has reached an agreement with Lockheed Martin Corp on a $450 million program to enhance electronic warfare equipment on the F-35 fighter jet, and integrate Israeli-unique systems beginning in 2016, according to sources familiar with the negotiations. The deal, to be finalized in coming weeks, marks a big step forward for Israel's $2.75 billion agreement to buy 19 F-35 jets, which was signed in October 2010 and includes options for up to 75 of the radar-evading fighters. Related: After delays, massive US bunker-buster available The Pentagon said the Israeli foreign arms sale could be worth up to $15.2 billion if all options are exercised, when it first approved the sale in September 2008. "This agreement kicks off the Israeli program," said one of the sources, who was not authorized to speak on the record. "Now all of the agreements are in place." The F-35 will allow for even greater collaboration in the coming years with Israel, a critical strategic ally for the United States at a time when much of the Middle East is in turmoil. That's nice. Now if we can only get the G- D thing to fly?

270 Well Obama really really wanted that Reagan landslide to brag about and point to as his massive support publicly. The bigger the popular vote, the more he can say "i won!" and talk about the 56% or whatever. He had absolutely EVERYTHING going for him last time and barely pulled 52% of the vote. That's not what he was hoping for. Maybe he's hoping for better this time, but I can't see how.
I cannot shake the sinking feeling he'll win anyway, but I just can't see how rationally he can.

Sorry, I ain't buyin' this.

IMO, throughout his "adult" life -- that's assuming you think he ever progressed past his choom-filled college radical days -- Bark Obama has possessed a burning hatred for The Man, Rich White People, Eeeeevil Businessmen, Joos and everyone else who didn't bow to his superior intellect and ideas of turning this country into a People's Paradise worthy of a mix between Papa Doc Duvalier, Mugabe, Sekou Toure and Kim Il Sung. Which is who the Traitor-in-Chief thinks he is.

The last three-plus years have been a chance for him to put his plans in place, and don't think for a second that one of the goals is destruction of the people he was taught to hate.

Yes, he's doing a bad job of it; to be a third-world thug takes effort. But incompetence alone can't explain what he says and does.

284 This is purely anecdotal, but it did happen in Seattle, so that's really saying something.  (Obama was here for fundraising yesterday and the day before).  I went to the Mariners/Yankees game at Safeco Field with a friend yesterday.  Around noonish, a black helicopter flew overhead the stadium.  One of the men sitting in front of me said "I wonder if that's a decoy or if it's Obama."  His friend said "I bet it's a decoy."  A man sitting in front of them turned around and said "I don't know if it's a decoy or Obama, but I know for sure Obama didn't build it!"  They all chortled.  I about fell off my seat.

Rush talked about this yesterday.  It's not incompetence, it is all going according to his plan.  Obama hates America, and he wants to remake America into something we have never been, by redistributing wealth and punishing those who have succeeded.  When he said that what he's done has been working, he isn't being ironic or incompetent.  He is succeeding at destroying the very fiber of this once great country.  It's not that he doesn't understand American exceptionalism, he hates it.  He wants to destroy it.  He knows exactly what he's doing.

1. Obama is doing a head fake with all his recent fundraising; he has a LOT more money than Romney; and
2. Those ads force Romney to spend money he can't afford advertising in states he doesn't need to convince.

Just a theory. I have a new one every day.
