— Ace Just doesn't sound right. Sounds menacing.
I'd like to see that in an ad, as a sort of anti-"Are you doing better now than you were four years ago?" message.
Meanwhile, Obama continues shrieking that Romney's raising more money.
In a phone call from Air Force One, the President reportedly told a group of top donors "I can't do this by myself" and urged them to open their cheque books to "meet or exceed what you did in 2008".Noting that most had "maxed out to my campaign last time," Mr Obama told them: "I really need you to do the same this time," according to a leaked transcript.
Despite holding a narrow lead over his rival, the president informed the supporters that his ability to campaign and broadcast advertisements in key battleground states such as Florida and Ohio directly depended on their generosity.
Details of the call emerged days after Mr Obama warned supporters that he would be "the first president in modern history to be outspent" by his opponent unless donors upped their contributions.

No. The gap has recently narrowed to almost something like 2 to 1 in the JEF's favor.
What he is whining about is Romney might raise more than him but, the unions and various other Dem groups are way outspending the combined Republican groups.
BTW: Where are your June fundraising numbers, el JEF?

I can see this playing to his base. After all, those idiots still think it's true that the economy was left in such a terrible condition by Bush that there's no way it can be cured in four years, especially since those evil Republicans block everything Obama does!

Remarks by the President at a Campaign Event
Dobbins School Poland, Ohio
The best vacation I had when I was a kid was we -- my grandmother and my mom and my sister, we traveled around the country on Greyhound buses and on trains and we stayed at Howard Johnsons -- (laughter) -- and I was 11 and so if there was any kind of swimming pool -- (laughter) -- it didnÂ’t matter how big it was, right, you'd spend the whole day there and then you're real excited to go to where the vending machine was and the ice machine and get the ice, and that was like a big deal. (Laughter.)
Better than spending you day reciting from the Holy Koran, topped off by a big bowl of dog for dinner? I think not.

Really he needs help with running ads in ohio? Its been more than a month since I go over an hour without seeing his pathetic ads on tv.
Oh and speaking his ads here's something that could possibly use analysis. All of Obama's "Romney Economics" ads began with his "I'm President Double Bogey and I approve this message" stuff. However he has begun to run a new ad and this one the approval blurb is at the end. What is the reason for this?

Friend --
Romney and the Republicans announced yesterday that they brought in more than $100 million in June.
For context, that's about what we raised in April and May combined.
We're still tallying our own numbers, but this means their gap is getting wider, and if it continues at this pace, it could cost us the election.
If everyone who's been waiting to give pitches in $3 or more today, we can start reversing this trend in just a few hours.
Please do your part -- make a donation of $3 or more today.
One hundred million is alarming enough, but it doesn't even include the millions pouring into pro-Romney super PACs -- or the fact that, unlike four years ago, it's perfectly legal for the Koch brothers, Sheldon Adelson, Karl Rove, and anonymous billionaires to funnel unlimited money into attacking President Obama in critical battleground states.
I'm proud of the way we build this organization. Through the primaries, more than three-quarters of our donations were from people giving less than $1,000. Meanwhile, in that same period, Mitt Romney's campaign raised three-quarters of its money from people giving $1,000 or more.
If we don't take this seriously now, we risk finding ourselves at a point where there is too much ground to make up.
We need to do something about it. Today.
Please donate $3 or more:
More to come.

Because $100M a month in 2012 is "alarming" but $150M a month in 2008 was history-making.

Want to have a cup of coffee sometime soon?
I'm sure we'll have a lot to talk about, but mainly I just want to say thanks for helping out.
Make a donation of $3 or whatever you can to grow this grassroots campaign, and be automatically entered for the chance to come hang out -- flight, hotel, and coffee on us. You can even bring a guest.
Barack and I know that we ask you for a lot. We wouldn't do it if we didn't believe that folks like you are going to decide this election.
The spending on the other side this year is literally unprecedented. If nothing changes, Barack is on pace to be the first president in modern history to get outspent in his re-election campaign.
What you do will determine how this goes.
Make a grassroots donation today, and you'll be automatically entered to win:
Last week was a big one for this campaign. The truth is we need every week to be that big. We need to dig deeper and deeper every day if we want to win.
Hope to see you soon,
Joe

Obama the sweaty narcissist-The Hill: Report: Dozens pass out from heat at Obama campaign event
Obama was speaking outdoors at Carnegie Mellon University as part of his two-day campaign bus tour through the key swing states of Ohio and Pennsylvania, and according to multiple report and on Twitter, people were being carted off on stretchers or leaving the event to seek shadeAccuWeather said the temperature was 98 degrees at the time of the speech, but that it felt like 106.
The soaring temperatures have been a strange backdrop for the presidentÂ’s bus tour, as Obama has appeared predominantly outdoors and can be seen pouring sweat at times. It didnÂ’t appear that the president cut his stump speech, which went on for more than half an hour, short because of the heat.

Yeah - like he has THAT kind of superpower.
Brush up on your science and math skills, and get back to me when you figure out the number of cubic kms of water that it would take to do that and where it will come from. I'll make it easy on you - just figure out how much extra water would be necessary to raise the entire ocean level by 1 meter. In order to "cover" the coastal lowlands, you'll need to know how far above the current "ocean level" they are, and that is too variable.

O/T Bill Kristol is pimping Condi Rice for VP. Ugh. I saw Condi's interview on Greta a week or two ago and she's still the same RINO she always was. She was promoting amnesty for illegals and a "two-state" solution for Israel.
Kristol wrote that Condi impressed Mitt two weeks ago at an event and coupled that with Ann Romney saying how the campaign was looking at women and how she'd love that. Well, it better not be Condi! After Mitt crucified Perry for TX's in-state tuition rate for illegal minors, he cannot with a straight face choose Amnesty Condi.
Further, any woman pick would be a distraction away from Mitt's message. Mitt needs a VP who is boring so that the media is not distracted by a shiny object. Someone who will NOT overshadow Mitt. For that reason, I'm hoping for Portman.

Ms. Romney made the comment just before the Romneys met with Ms. Ayotte, who frequents the running mate shortlist chatter, at a July Fourth parade in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire."

I won't link them but they do have McCotter's full statement, which is a little vague.

Regardless of what anyone thinks of Condi, picking her makes it too easy for the left to tie Mitt to Bush. If he picks a woman, I would guess it's Ayotte. I think Martinez (NM Gov) is probably less well known than even Palin was, so I don't see him going that way.

True but that happened awhile ago. And Hoover was really unliked and unpopular. Most anyone would beat him. Sad to say but that never was the case for jug earred jesus. The polling just isnt there for Romney. The time when the challenger is supposed to do really well is before the convention and he just doesnt stick. Hate for Obama isnt going to win shit like in 2004 with Bush hate and liberals

Apparently he wrote a "racy" TV pilot that some disgruntled staffer didn't like which was supposed to be a scandal. Then nearly all of his signatures were deemed invalid. Not sure what that's all about, whether it's a partisan judge or he hired a bad firm to collect them or what.
Politically, it's not an issue, I guess. There was a challenger in the primary and the GOP is confident of holding the seat. Personally, the guy has a family but doesn't seem to want to go into lobbying.

The new slave class is born.
The new peasants to reign over.
THIS is what they have been fighting for - the largest class division since the medieval ages.
Not an irony. Socialism never really took off until the elites realized they could get rich off of it.
And the chumps say, "He's fighting for me!"

Are any of the 50% of the people who voted in the last election who voted for McCain/Palin in 2008 going to vote for king putt in 2012?
How many of the useless dupes who voted for king putt in 2008 are dumb enough to vote for him again in 2012?
Subtract 3% of the democratic votes due to voting fraud, add in the millions with no job or prospect of gainful employment, their business's and homes lost.
Now consider the math of the above.
How on earth is the dictator and his regime going to re-install him for another four years without some really nasty dirty business?
I mean, all it would take to beat the usurper in November is if 5% of those who where gullible enough to vote for the illegal alien in chief in 2008 defect to mittens.
Right?
Or am I missing something other than massive widespread vote fraud, or the electoral college abrogating it's duty like in-Justice Roberts for king putt to retain his thrown?
Help me here with this you guys, Ace?
It is a serious question from my perspective.

I think the weasel is going to come up with a doozy of a crisis. It's the only way to assure he retains his thrown.
Those fabyan motherfuckers have come too far in their "long march" to loose it all come November. It will be almost impossible to install another radical in the white house. They have bet the house on overthrowing our great republic from the inside out top down.
They know the dictator in chief is toast. They are gonna have to spring one of their plan B's to pull off a win for the nasty little prick.
Crisis as pretense to declaration of Marshal Law.
Considerable logistics is pre-positioned.
They have the enemies of the state lists all worked out.
Though fast and furious ain't worked out so well.
