I was dissappointed it was the most un bond bond film of them all. No gadgets nothing. Frankly, while it techinicall was a good movie i fuckin hated it.
I loved Casino Royal and thought the second one he did was ok - atleast it hate nice locations gadgets and action set pieces.
This one....not so much.

No, not at all. He was entertaining enough in Casino Royale and people were wiling to forgive the non-Bondiness of that film on the theory that he was a Bond in training, becoming the guy we know. The later films proved it wasn't that, its that they just don't know how to make a Bond movie any more.

Its possible, and that's why I didn't give him any grief. I agree with most of what he says on Romney, I voted for the guy because 4 more years of Obama means we're through as a grand experiment on democracy. It means businesses start shutting down like dominos falling over and the world's economy crashes.
But President Romney doesn't save us all. He just gives us a chance, a glimmer of hope.

Sadly, the radical stunts and action and shit that were signatures have become eclipsed over the years by all the other action films of similar genre. So that stuff is just passe anymore.

What's shameful to me, as a veteran, is the deaths of those men, which my government still can't explain. Yeah...I guess that does point directly at President Obama. If I were still active duty, I would think twice about putting my life at risk for a man that can't be bothered to do the bare minimum to back me up.
I hear he had a great time in Vegas, though.

I was there at 1, but it became obvious that I wouldn't survive dressed as I was, so we went to a local WalMart to get gloves, hats, sweatshirts, etc. I wore a sweatshirt over a sweater, capped by a hoodied-parka, with a thinsulate hat and gloves. I was still cold.
The fact that 35K came out in the freezing cold to stand 6 hrs to see Mitt tells you something about our motivation
