More Riot Strategy At RNC
— LauraW

My advice to Dems and liberals planning on attending peaceful demonstrations at the RNC; they will not be peaceful. Someone else on your side already planned them otherwise. You will get hurt. It's been baked in the cake, by your own organizers, whose intent, absolutely, is to cynically abuse you.

Brandon Darby was tweeting about this the other day and I'm glad to see a full-length explanation of what he's talking about.

Mr. Darby's involvement helped stop the bomb plot at the 2008 RNC. When he infiltrated the protests at the last RNC, he found that both the peaceful, mainstream Dem protesters and the violent douchebags who were trying to shut down the convention were directed by the same organizers. A key to their strategy is that the mainstream people were unaware of the true goal of these organizers.

They divided territory and people into groups. They picked an area to stage from; an area that when taken over and blocked would stop the flow of people to the convention.

Yellow group= the ones who were willing to get arrested; these are the people who would chain themselves into a barricade to stop the convention.

Green group= mainstream Dem liberal protestors who came for a peaceful protest. These people were swarmed into an area to slow down the police while Yellow was setting up its blockage.

Red group= violent black-bloc shitheels who break things and attack the police.

And they would send the red group in to attack the police and then the red group would flee and then that would give the yellow group enough time to lock down and shut the RNC down. Well what was interesting about it, is that when the red group fled then the police would treat the protesters—because they’re all one protest—they would treat them as though they had just been attacked, because they had been. Well then the green group would look like they were innocent protesters who were getting attacked and in their minds they were because they didn’t realize that Lisa Fithian and the leaders were using them as part of this effort to violently attack police and attack conservatives.

So the buses that did get through when they were held up by the yellow group, then the red group would come back and the red group threw bricks and flagstones through the windows, they slashed the tires of the buses, they threw bleach and urine in the delegates faces and they attacked the buses and the people on the buses. And thatÂ’s what theyÂ’re going to do this time.

They also intend to disrupt communications systems used by emergency medical personnel, and seem to have the means. It only looks like a bunch of punks at ground-level. Please go to the article and read the whole thing. Very enlightening. There's a good video there too.

Thanks again to John E.

5 These are the children of Bark Obama and his choom-addled co-conspirators.

I consider him directly responsible for any of his supporters' acts at the RNC. Born of the pathetic "culture" that festered in the 1960s and trained by Bomber Billy Ayers and the ghost of Huey P. Newton, these thugs are operating with the direct support and encouragement of the Traitor-in-Chief.

Your problem is that you assume that we're all playing for similar victory conditions.  That's not the case.  For many of these protesters, violence is the end state.  They want people dead in the street because it furthers their goal of revolution and the eventual rise of a fascist state run by them.

The American system of government is founded with an assumption that all participants have a basic decency and a common love of country.  That is no longer the case.

Hopefully, the law enforcement authorities are taking this information seriously.   Since the leftists did riot at the 2008 RNC convention, it would be reasonable to suspect that they will this time, too.

If they are smart, they will have video teams of their own so that they can record the mayhem and violence.  That will help identify leaders directing the mob.  It  would  also  help with countering any of the green-team pawns crying that they got attacked for no reason.

35 The only reason why the BB assholes are still around is every place they've caused trouble globally has ALWAYS given them nothing more than a slap on the wrist. They are a small group of at most 2000 mostly bored trustfunders that have the time and money to travel around the world being assholes because of never facing real criminal penalties. Notice how they'd didn't show up in Egypt or Syria or any of the other Arab Spring countries despite being ripe opportunities for professional protestors. Those snot-rags never show up to any venue where they expect to actually be prosecuted or confronted with overwhelming force.

Posted by: BlueFalcon in Boston at August 26, 2012 06:08 AM (KCvsd)

36 I forgot to add that a sizable chunk of these protesters are simply narcissists who want to shit burn.  Violence becomes a tool of self-expression and the more people who are hurt the greater the glory.

What needs to happen is that the first sign of violence will be met by the governor announcing that the "protesters" are in fact insurrectionists and calling in the National Guard.

And on a lighter note, at our gig Friday night, we had a former "star" from the original Star Trek series get up with us and sing a few tunes. He was pretty good. So they moved a quarter mile down the road to the engineering building. We just laughed at them and called them pussies for not protesting back at the main gate. And what ever happened to that gizmo the Army was working on tha sent out a kind of ultrasonic pulse at a group that made them all involuntarily puke? Well, that changes the equation a bit, doesn't it? It's not like rioting at some G8 conference in Europe someplace where the populace is unarmed and the police are complete pusses. And, as noted, plenty of people will capture scenes on their cellphones which will show us what the MSM doesn't want us to see.

If you are going to Tampa or are in a similar situation.

Carry an umbrella or a cane.  It provides stand off distance if things go bad.

Move in groups only.  Have several people video taping encounters.  One person with a camera should take the lead, with a person to watch his/her back, AND at least one person standing back and video taping them to show what is happening to them.

IF you get assaulted, scream long and loudly for the police.  Especially if you go after the attacker.  IF you do get the person that attacked you, restrain them only, do not try to beat them up after they are  restrained.  If the cops see you doing that, You will go to jail.

IF you fight back, expect to be arrested.  Try to stay calm.  Make sure someone in the group will get you a lawyer, bail, etc.

Yep.  Of course, as soon as they got the vote it was never again about equality.  It's about dominance.  The fems want matriarchy.  They've chosen to believe the nonsense view that men are dumb, violent clods who need to be subject to enlightned female governance.  Of course, the irony is that the more you hate women and want them to suffer, the more you want the feminists to get what they want.  They epitomize the self-destructive urge.

The problem occurs when women use that against men and over reach in the rights column. I'm a woman and often I'm ashamed of my own gender.

LOL, repeat from the "news" this morning:

Today is Sunday, August 26, 2012. On this day in 1920 Women got the right to vote for the turd that one of the Parties said they could vote for.

I quote Tector Crites:

Looking back, we had, in the person of Teddy Roosevelt, the finest President in the history of this country. He had the spirit and determination that matched the times and the land. Then the women got the vote, and everything went to hell. While our boys was overseas fighting the Kaiser, the women got Prohibition put in. Drinking and gambling and whoring were declared unlawful. All those things which come natural to men became crimes.

It would be tough.  Unlike Tampa, CLT's stuff is all downtown.  No bridges over water, no water.  Just a small little downtown with a bunch of boring bank building.

They are going to completely shut down the downtown traffic.  They are closing an entire community college and turning it into a fortress for the cops. They are moving the transit/bus station.  The light rail will not go into downtown.  They also have 1500 National Guardsman in barracks ready to move in, on top of the additional 5,000 cops.

It should be interesting.  I going the NM to trout fish.

The request, under no uncertain terms, was denied."

TRANSLATION: "Please unarm everyone so the DemoThugs can run rampant without fear of getting shot."

Sounds like people higher up on the democratic food chain are in on this or pawns of this. Would explain this Rights SNAFU as well as the attention towards Treyvon in an attempt to encourage disarmament.

Why else would a relatively weeks old story about some guy getting shot out of self defense suddenly get national media coverage and debate about Florida Stand Your Ground law? The same law that a civilian could use against a violent protester.

They obviously bought that summer house in New Hampshire for everyone to relax and get together and enjoy one another's company. It appears they do most of the work themselves with the help of their kids and grandkids... A lot of moms in America, are like my mom, they are gonna look at that laundry room and laugh...cause it looks just like their laundry room/laundry area. It really is the only area of any house that never gets cleaned out and is almost always in use. Fox inadvertently shared a piece of the romney family that was just so honest. 224 Tampa police know the traffic chokepoints are ground zero for black bloc mayhem. They also know dumpsters will be used as mobile battering rams. We'll see how police react when B-Bloc faction attempt control of those locations.

If cops fail to quickly disperse the rioters, then the fix is in -> Tampa police have spent the last 12+ months and 50 million  dollars training and provisioning for this single event.

Its possible red team anarchists will use dumpsters as storage for riot gear. Per LauraW link from yesterday; police sweeps netted red-team riot stores placed on building rooftops near the convention center.

226 In DC, when they have the annual world bank meeting, they are accustomed to lots of protesters. they literally block off the streets with garbage trucks and all manner of other truck. You literally can't get through with a car or truck and you can barely get through by walking. You have to live there or be visiting someone there. But the people who live there know not to schedule a party and know to use that week for an out of town vacation. Point is, wonder if they will use strategically place garbage trucks... in new york they strategically place snow plows and salt trucks....both enough to discourage anyone and they get the message across.
