There are barely any pics of Giants cheereleaders on google. I found this one, but it seemed a little mild-content-warning over-the-top.
Is a cheese-bra something?

Those were the types of girls you always looked for at the game. Cause you knew if the team won, you had a better chance to score.

Also, there wasn't enough room on the sidelines for them in old Giants Stadium.

From Drudge story:
Monique Maurek, 41, from the Netherlands, told The Sunday Telegraph: 'What scandalised me most was when I saw the captain spending much of the evening before we hit the rocks drinking in the bar with a beautiful woman on his arm.

Well, you whining about the supposed whining isn't endearing either.
Plus, if you're talking about those of us who correctly believed that Green Bay had fumbled earlier but the referees' incorrectly ruled it wasn't a fumble after they viewed the replay, then perhaps you should be correctly calling us conservatives. After all, we actually expect personal accountability and responsibility and high-quality work from people (i.e., NFL referees) when they are performing their jobs.

The only prick I see here is YOU. I already said earlier that I wasn't a fan of either team (I'm a lifelong Patriots fan), so no one in this game can be called "my guy." I also don't recall mentioning anything about an "underlying conspiracy." I just commented about the horrible replay ruling regarding the Green Bay fumble. I've never been a fan of the use of replay, and I'm even less of a fan of its use when it doesn't correct bad on-field rulings by the referees.
Instead of berating everyone else and pretending you're the voice of reason here, how about you stop acting like a whiny, thin-skinned prick tossing out blanket statements? You could at least save the sanctimonious asshole act for a thread about something more important than an NFL playoff game.

Not really. I'm in my 40s. I became a fan back in the mid-70s, so I've seen the extreme highs and lows of the franchise. They had some great teams in the '70s and probably should've won a Super Bowl in '76 in addition to the 3 they've won with Brady and Belichick over the past decade.

Once spent a couple of weeks doing business in Eindhoven. Flew back from Eindhoven to New York via Amsterdam. When I checked in at Eindhoven, the guy at the desk spent a loooong time typing on his terminal before handing my boarding pass back to me.
When I got to Amsterdam, it turned out that he had assigned me to a seat that didn't exist. No clue how, but I blame applied computational demonology. And Halliburton.
I was *very* glad I only had carry-ons for that trip. Checked baggage probably would have wound up on another continent.

O cruel irony, that only set me up for a lifetime of disappointment.
Posted by: bergerbilder at January 15, 2012 07:01 PM (j+Izh)
Jim Brown was the greatest running back ever. Not to make you feel old, but I actually did a book report on him back in grammar school. I learned to love Jim Brown because he was my father's favorite player (though him being in one of my father's favorite movies, "The Dirty Dozen," I think definitely increased my father's fondness for him).
I assume you are still a Browns fans. I feel for long-suffering Browns fans. There has been so much disappoiintment, such as the "Red Right 88" game in '81, "The Fumble" in the '87 AFC title game, etc. To top it off, Belichick accomplished little as the Browns head coach before his success for the Patriots. I have relatives in the Cleveland area who are Browns fans and I know and understand their pain, especially, since I was a Red Sox fan (I grew up in New England).

I agree wholeheartedly about the two-week layoff. The same thing that is happening to Green Bay today happened to the Patriots the past two years after they had a first-round bye in the playoffs. I know it's 23-13 with less than 8 minutes left, but I still wouldn't count out Green Bay yet.

For the sake of argument, let's say it's the Patriots and Giants in the Super Bowl this year. That would mean the Giants would have to beat the Belichick-coached Patriots twice in the same season. That seems like a difficult (though not impossible) task. Anyway, the Patriots and Giants will each have their hands full with the Ravens and 49ers next weekend.

The Giants are definitely playing the style of football (i.e., defense oriented) that has won championships in the past. Despite their record this year, the Patriots, with their high-flying offense and very weak defense, don't really look the part of Super Bowl Champions. Then again, the Patriots defense is not that bad when it comes to giving up points, so who knows.

I agree. The defense of any team simply can't be on the field for 35-40 minutes of a 60-minute game. Not only does the defense's fatigue result in them giving up points but the offense will have less time and likely opportunities to score. The Patriots offense really has no margin for error, which is why I'm not overly optimistic that they will win the next two games. Plus, they're on a 9-game winning streak, so they're due for a bad game.

I'm rooting for a Patriots Niners matchup, with Patriots coming out on top.
At least it would be a game we haven't often seen before.

Are you saying you aren't a football fan? What? Do you only drop by for the cheerleaders?

Ignore it. It feeds off of negativity.

Raising Hand: Guilty. But also for the pithy comments from fellow losers about how they would not "do" the cheerleader. BTW, my wife gave me (really!) permission to "do" Shaina Twain should I ever have the opportunity. So there!

Sure, I think Ace just posted a new thread where you can discuss guests that you want to see on "The View," how to deal with menopause, and your favorite arts and crafts supplies ... you fairy.

So you run in the pedo circle. Oddly, I'm not surprised.
But really, the question was why this idea is so running around in your head, to the extent that it has to jump out on a thread neither about Rush, or your people.

Someone has to go full retard. Its a tough job, but I'm glad we got people like Clarence willing to shoulder the burden.

Just go to Google and paste them into the search bar. The first hit will give yo the map even if you don't have Google Earth.
What I'm trying to figure out, based upon the outcropping to the south, whether that is what he hit and then proceeded north to the channel. The imbedded rock that did the damage is on the port side but the land is on the starboard. Just north of the google marker is the channel and port where it went down.

A judge allows the lawsuit because there was a "reasonably foreseeable" chance of death and his estate can be held liable for his negligence.
Reasonably foreseeable suggests to me suicide rather than poor judgment and bad timing. If a suicide, then any insurance probably wouldn't pay, and his estate would amount to bupkis. The basis of the woman's lawsuit will undermine her chances of collecting if she wins.
