One of my fellow co-workers was bragging yesterday about how she is going to vote for Barr/Sheehan on the green ticket.  When someone asked her incredulously why - she couldn't give a coherent answer except to say she thought that it was cool.  This woman is 51 years old and should have acquired a clue by now....yes, these zombies walk among us.

So,  we can be VERY thankful  that Mitt supposedly "missed an opportunity" (according to Bill O'Reilly/Laura Ingraham/Charles Krauthammer/etc) on Benghazi  at the debate because now  everyone's talking about it and maybe this dolts will hear *something* on it. Sheesh.

Oh, and I love how the one guy who did actually know something about it thought the way Obama "brushed it off his shoulders" was showing "true leadership".

If she changed her vote from SCOAMF to Barr, that might be OK; Mitt doesn't need >50% of the votes to win a state, he just needs more than SCOAMF.

Then some night after she leaves, unplug her mouse.

47 There was a time.  Long ago, I guess, when people felt perfectly free not to have political opinions and recognize that they were ignorant.

But in today's self-esteem society, I guess everybody's entitled to an ill-informed opinion and a smug self-satisfaction about it.

59 I love the Youtube commenters making equivalence between dumbasses at GOP rallies. This is a fucking college campus, where people are spenidning thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours, ostensibly, to be ensmartened and shit. These are the *heart and soul* of Obama Nation, not outliers.

The general public was more informed about World Events...back when it was much harder to get that information.

And people are stupider now than they were decades ago.

67 To all you folks mentioning Barr and the Green party. I live in Mass. The Republican is never going to win the vote for president anyway so, I always threw my vote away and voted for Ralph. I was always hoping that Greens would get enough votes so the Democrats in Mass. would take them seriously and slide further to the left to shut the Greens out, p*ssing off enough people to vote Republican. I know, not going to happen.

I've sort of grown a certain thick skin toward the stupid people who get caught in the "Jaywalking" segments of the Tonight Show, and stupid young people are not unexpected, but for some reason that stupid old man who blamed Benghazi on the Republicans really pissed me off. Young and stupid is almost a foregone conclusion; old and stupid is not at all as cute as he thought it was. And to make things worse, to think that the future of our country may well rest in the hands of these thick-skulled dipshits is truly infuriating.
