The Complete Guide to Troll Arguments
Ah who am I kidding - no one reads this crap. So how about some kittehs instead?
And for you freaky word-loving-nancy-boy-types here are part 2 and part 3. Let's just say that a certain Mr. A. Sullivan has practically made a career off of this argument.
Bad Idea Jeans 2012: Let's Apply Title IX to Science Enrollment
Because guaranteeing opportunity for women somehow always means reducing opportunities for men.
Quotas limiting the number of male students in science may be imposed by the Education Department in 2013. The White House has promised that "new guidelines will also be issued to grant-receiving universities and colleges" spelling out "Title IX rules in the science, technology, engineering and math fields." These guidelines will likely echo existing Title IX guidelines that restrict men's percentage of intercollegiate athletes to their percentage in overall student bodies, thus reducing the overall number of intercollegiate athletes.
Best case scenario is that engineering schools invent a new major, Holistic Engineering, with minimal math requirements that they can fill with women to keep the quota for male students high. This will keeps the feds off their back, lets the geer geeks interact with girls, and since the 'holistic engineers' won't ever actually build anything, no one will die. Win-win baby.
While the Atlantic's James Fallows was fretting that the Supreme Court might carry out a 'coup' against the government by not upholding ObamaCare, it turns out that back in 1991 he was wishing for an actual military coup:
Fallows wrote: "I am beginning to think that the only way the national government can do anything worthwhile is to invent a security threat and turn the job over to the military."
...According to our economic and political theories, most agencies of the government have no special standing to speak about the general national welfare. Each represents a certain constituency; the interest groups fight it out. The military, strangely, is the one government institution that has been assigned legitimacy to act on its notion of the collective good. "National defense" can make us do things-train engineers, build highways-that long-term good of the nation or common sense cannot.
Why don't the plebes ever get that a dictatorship is necessary?
Conversations Starters at John Adams-Fest
If you're a newbie, here are a few ice-breakers to avoid those awkward silences.
Have you been to the bathroom yet?
You simply can't have a John Quincy Adams party without an alligator in the bathroom. The president had a pet gator, which was gifted to him by the Marquis de Lafayette. He kept it in a tub in the East Room, claiming that he enjoyed watching "the spectacle of guests fleeing from the room in terror." If you're looking for cheap entertainment, stock the tub with an inflatable gator (or splurge on a real one). Then sit back and enjoy the show.
Plus it's never really the wrong time to yell out 'Lets' all go skinny dippin' in the Potomac!!!'
The First Photo Ever Posted on the Web
Posted by Tim Berners-Lee himself back in 1992:
The pretty ladies in the image are members of a parody band comprised of CERN laboratory employees -- yes, the same lab in Geneva responsible for the recent discovery of the Higgs Boson. Adoringly known as Les Horribles Cernettes (The Horrible CERN Girls), the group shares its initials with a certain particle accelerator.
Ah that Delightful Middle East:
Islamic Law: Beautiful Women In Mosque Offensive
"It is offensive for an attractive or young woman to come to the mosque to pray (O: or for her husband to permit her), though not offensive for women who are not young or attractive when this is unlikely to cause temptation." -- 'Umdat al-Salik (Reliance of the Traveller) F12.4
Sure she could wear a burqa but the faithful still might be tempted via their burqa-dar.
Never rebut unless your point has a caliber that begins with a 4.
What Do You Do When Your Record Label Won't Negotiate Digital Rights?
Well if you're Def Leppard , you re-record your entire back catalog. And it turns out that exactly copying yourself from 25 years ago is harder than you think.
While the business side seems cut and dried, Elliott says the creative part of recreating songs that date back 25 years or more is not. "You just don't go in and say, 'Hey guys, let's record it,' and it's done in three minutes," Elliott notes. "We had to study those songs, I mean down to the umpteenth degree of detail, and make complete forgeries of them. Time-wise it probably took as long to do as the originals, but because of the technology it actually got done quicker as we got going. But trying to find all those sounds...like where am I gonna find a 22-year-old voice? I had to sing myself into a certain throat shape to be able to sing that way again. It was really hard work, but it was challenging, and we did have a good laugh over it here and there."
Know your enemy, learn their ways, and harvest responsibly.

>>Quotas limiting the number of male students in science may be imposed by the Education Department in 2013. <<
Up next: limiting the number of Jews in university. After all, if we're all equal in ability, and blacks and Hispanics are under-represented owing to discrimination, those who are over-represented must have benefited from that discrimination, right? The logic is hermetic.

The problem with dirt is it doesn't shatter like concrete, you have to physically move a lot of mass to destroy it (to the extent that one can destroy dirt).
Moving large volumes of earth is usually a job for much lower speed explosives. ex. the notorious ANFO mix (very slow explosive) is pretty common on farms for blasting stumps and creating expedient livestock ponds and such.

I strongly suspect there are some designers who've studied the exact scenario and have a method in mind.
It makes you wonder what is happening in the deep black robotics programs. A legion of little diggers working away from human sight might be a more practical approach, although it would test the patience of those mounting the attack. They could be there now, dug in for months or years running off a small nuclear battery and just waiting for the signal to start chewing away. ten thousand little bots, each breaking off a pebble sized bit of dam every few seconds.
Done right it might even look natural, like a flaw that took decades to make itself known.

Most loved dog: a Bouvier des Flandres--Mu--that was put down by my parents when I had been in the USAF about 5 years. Mu was twelve.
Whenever I went home on leave for those first five years, Mu--150 pounds-- darn near knocked me down with love.
Best memory of Mu: I would sit on the floor in front of the couch in my parents' living room. He would sit perpendicular to me, put his front paws under my leg and put his his head on my lap.
That dog has been gone 27 years and I still miss him.

Josh BarroÂ’s and David FrumÂ’s Pathetic Attack on Austrian Economics
http://tinyurl.com/btqp2me
Josh Barro of Bloomberg has an interesting theory. According to him, conservatives in modern day America have become so infatuated with the school of Austrian economics that they no longer listen to reason. It is because of this diehard obsession that they reject all empirical evidence and refuse to change their favorable views of laissez faire capitalism following the financial crisis. Basically, because the conservative movement is so smitten with the works of Ludwig von Mises and F.A. Hayek, they see no need to pose any intellectual challenge to the idea that the economy desperately needs to be guided along by an “always knows best” government; much like a parent to a child. CNN and Newsweek contributor David Frum has jumped on board with Barro and levels the same critique of conservatives while complaining that not enough of them follow Milton Friedman anymore.
To put this as nicely as possible, Barro and Frum arenÂ’t just incorrect; they have put their embarrassingly ignorant understandings of Austrian economics on full display for all to see.

In addition to the physical labor aspects of attic work in the summer to retask a bedroom, my fucking idiot neighbor has all this livestock (birds) and shoots cracked corn all over the ground...which of course attracts RATS.
I flipped up the shitter lid on the 2nd bathroom, which I don't use, and found two HUGE FUCKING RATS staring back at me. I slammed the lid shut, and gave them the swirlies a few times, and that got rid of one, but the other hung tough and being bigger wouldn't go down.
So I duct taped the lid shut, and prepared for a chemical weapons attack. Cut a slit in the duct tape and poured half a can of starting fluid (ether) in to gas the motherfucker.
The half can of Ether did it...he was an ex-rat when I took the tape off to check the next day.

I'm very glad I didn't have to go to the Saticoy Studios stage recently. All the stuff we installed there appears to just keep working without a hitch. I cannot imagine how much it would suck to be inside there today, unless you get to hang out in the Glass House hot tub.
Way back in the summer of 1960, my folks were living in Reseda, when much of the San Fernando Valley was still orchards. When my father got home to the apartment my mother, pregnant with my older brother, was almost in tears because she hadn't gotten anything done all day. My father told her it had peaked at 113 degrees that day and he was just glad she was alive.

The Galactic Bar is important to the Galaxy because it acts as a collaboration of stars that rotate around and vibrate together in unison... and they push communications outward to the edges of the Galaxy, so that planets and star systems have a stream of ideas and information coming to them that represents the wisdom of an entire living Galactic Being.
The Bar is the galaxy's nervous system, and its literally a giant transmitter that produces a signal in cosmic radiation... and we know that because it would take something larger than ONE STAR to create the very long wavelengths that cosmic radiation vibrate at.
I am told that the Bar is a test, and maybe the testicles represent two stars working together in the Bar...
And I was also told that the Bar transmits the signal that creates DNA, so that would obviously mean social engineering that is attacking anything with a penis is literally attempting to destroy the unified mind and communication ability of our Galaxy itself.
I refuse to limit my communications. I refuse to believe that I have to serve in suffering, physical labor, or ugliness. I want to live in a Galaxy that feels the exact same way.
Posted by: The Dude at July 10, 2012 10:17 PM (tw6Ar)
And I'm not asking you to hurt her, since she's not on the same pathway that I am for the last few years, I don't see any reason to involve her... pro or con.
But I am kind of wondering why it feels like I have been doing all the work and suffering to communicate this situation to people, and the EM Shield Engineers keep making me listen to (at least someone they CLAIM is) Libby getting all sorts of rewards and respect for her "role as a Galactic Being" that I was told that she was no longer working on years ago.
I was told that she refused to communicate about it honestly, because she was afraid to. I was told that she was corrupted away from working for the Galactic Bar being, and that she even removed her own genetic material transmitter to signify that move, and that she had chosen a pathway that involved taking advantage of people "because pedobear"... although I can't vouch for the validity of these claims in relation to the actual person you were talking about.
If you can reward her, I expect at least equal treatment, although to be honest, I feel like I have moved this discussion forward way more effectively than she did, I don't say that to draw any negativity toward her, since I don't actually know her. (In other words, I don't know if you are really talking about her or were just using her as a carrot on a stick, metaphorically because you thought it would motivate me)
I'm just proud of my work, I think I have accomplished a lot, and I'm ready for happiness.
You promised on multiple occasions that this would be worth my efforts because you said this Galaxy is a beautiful woman looking to mate, and we know that it has a bar that transmits genetic material, and that it likes mating with other Galactic ladies... so stop trying to cause me suffering in my shoulder... and start giving me the same beauty you claimed that you gave Libby.
Don't act like you have to reward every single person on the planet just to reward me, because I KNOW you never put every single person on the planet through what I have been going through... so its obvious you have the ability to single me out just fine.
Posted by: The Dude at July 10, 2012 10:18 PM (tw6Ar)
Because as long as they control what the Sun and the Earth THINK is happening, they can literally transform this planet and the star system around it from a prison to a playground, and back again at will.
Now... can anyone help explain how they have been noticing the Navy influence our planet over the last few years? Honestly... I really don't know what you are going through... but they have been making it sound like everyone around me LOVES that they have started synching up our planet and the sun and I have even seen friends post on Facebook about traveling to the sun... or astral traveling.
So, is that YOUR experience?
Is this the Navy turning themselves into superhuman astral travelers that run around and sex up any woman they want to, while all the non-Navy men have to sit and listen to it because pedobear?
Let's do a deconstruction and comparison of these words:
L O V E
vs
H A T E
Love = femininse the circle, pull down energy.
Hate = widen those not meant to go up, oppose energy
Neither word fits my world view. Quote: Here's a word with friendly social engineering:
Calm.
Sounds like com, as in .com or communication, but has a silent L feminising it.
C A L M
observe oneself, not marked to go up, femininse the middle (alt: reflection from above)
*
L I K E
Feminise exclusive/height, left-wall (aka solar shield that keeps something stuck on a planet) energy (alt: Everything)
aka
like: to create an identity that can loom over things and keep them for yourself.
*
In my opinion, Love is a form of unbalance, Hate is investing in the wrong things, Calm is stability, and Like is part of the institution of greed and control.
In case you haven't seen it, this is an old-ish list of letter meanings:
[link]
*
Here's a word that's powerfully relevant:
W H O R E
...as in, the whore of the apocalypse, mentioned in the book of Revelations.
Reflection from the bottom (alt: reproduction/double you), widen the circle, dual gender limited system with no flexibility (pirate) energy (alt: Everything)
aka
A whore is the realisation that women who over re-produce are actually the ones that should be carrying the burden of masculinity along with child birth, not the men.

These desires by men to have Everything to themselves... all the physical comfort, by usurping women's breasts, all the social equalities like being able to wear anything from dresses to bikinis to business formal to pants and shirts... alll while demanding that *women* can only wear suits or casual shirts and pants!
If a woman goes outside in this society wearing "the wrong clothes" she gets attacked by the planet...
Now consider the inequality of how a man's genitals are celebrated simply because their vagina is hidden and they are able to be turned-on without giving much outward sign... but then we are told that a woman's penis is something to be ashamed of or shunned when it becomes aroused. That is a control over desire itself!
