Okay serious question, was the guy taking a leak and someone saw and called the cops? Because there's are several cases where some guy does that and pleads out to the indecent exposure charge and winds up stuck on a sex offender list.
That being said, yeah, there's a definite check the crawl spaces, attic and back garden vibe to the guy.

I concur; As much as I despise his organization. This is an unrelated (hopefully) matter of criminal law. Let the law handle it. If he cops a plea, it is safe to say his career giving sex advice to young ladies is likely over. If not we can surely end it with some pressure.

He is a hero. He is a gentle warrior who bravely protects the vital bodily function of fetal deadness, which is solely the personal business of any woman, whether during pregnancy, or if the fetus is male, for many years following birth.
Although Anthony faces years in prison and abuse by the other inmates, we can take some comfort in knowing that he is male rather than female.

Do we have any idea what KIND of indecent exposure this was? They're all disgusting, but there's a difference between, say, peeing against a tree and masturbating under the bleachers. The former is bad judgement; the latter is pure filth.
That said, this creep totally looks like the "masturbating under the bleachers" type. Why the hell do all pervs look the same?
Am I the only one who thinks if this guy's cheekbones were a little more pronounced, you could paint his face and he'd look like Jigsaw?

Which is odd as he looks nuetered. Guess he never lost the urge.
Actually, that's an interesting question when it comes to castrating child molesters, chemically or otherwise (guess which side of the chemical or otherwise I am on). If the urge is not purely sexual, then castration will not fix the problem. Being staked to a fire ant hill covered in honey would but I digress.
I do agree with those who are saying we should apply the standards the Left does to the Right in reporting this. Fair is fair, baby.

Well, I'll tell you my story. I drove through a construction area at 70 mph because I had to pee so bad. As soon as I got to a spot where there were some bushes I pulled over and ran into them to take a leak.
As soon as I started relieving myself who shows up but Mr. State Trooper. He say he can cut me a break: either get written up for speeding in a construction zone (double fine and points on my license) or public exposure. Since I figured the points would make me lose my license I went with the exposure charge and was fined $1,200.
The fine was $100 per inch.

The HIPPA thing is an enormous problem. The fines on that are huge per offense and iirc each person's record is considered a separate offense. An entity can face losing it's license to provide medical services for severe enough/numerous enough violations.
It's almost as bad as PP's refusal to abide by mandatory reporting laws regarding underage girls coming in for abortions.

Fuck off, Greg.
Speaking of fucking off, I'm not going to label the guy a child predator at this point. The story only says that he was arrested at a ballpark where children play; not that there were children present at the time of the incident. It could mean that he was getting a blowjob from a cheap hooker behind the port-a-johns. So the guy is clearly a freak and a creep with major boundary issues and possibly a fetish for kinky sex, but not necessarily a child predator.
Now, if a child WAS involved, even incidentally, then I would politely request the guy's junk be cut off and forced down his throat. But that's just me.

What is it with gay men and "cruising for sex" in park settings? We get that here in NH a lot. There's this one area downtown from where I work that's really not much more than an old, overgrown embankment with trees and tall grass, and the cops are always sweeping through there to get gay men to quit shagging in the bushes in the middle of the night. Seriously, there's a half dozen hotels within a mile of the place. They can't just book a room?

Romeo, the source is the local Lubbock news station. LifeNews just picked it up.
As the news story mentions, and as has been reiterated in earlier comments, "indecent exposure" (at least in TX) is when a person exposes their private areas (genitals, anus, etc) for the purposes of sexual arousal in another. So the "taking a leak" option is debunked.

Memories.
My first and only criminal trial, trial two years out of law school was an indecent exposure case. Pierce County District Court in Eatonville, Washington (population 2,569), 1997. The judge was a well-known old crank who was rumored to drink his lunch. Defendant was 20 year old punk who really was just hauling out his junk to take a piss and was so drunk when he did it he almost missed the ground with his stream. Complaining witness was a 14 year old girl who dressed in court like a $2.00 whore, and had probably already seen more dick at that point in her life than most high school football locker room towel boys. Jury of my client's peers, as it were (a bunch of local drunks), didn't take too kindly to the complaining witness (though one of them was seen chatting her up outside the courtroom after the verdict was in) and found him innocent of the charge. The judge admonished my client to keep it in his pants and to fly straight and true from then on, then promplty fell back into his post-lunch coma while the courtroom cleared.
And that fucker my client still owes me two grand.
Good times, good times.

Each piece of Protected Health Information is, technically, an offense. If you release someone's Last name, first name, middle name, social security number, and address- that's 5 violations for that single record. Disclosing a single claim improperly (harder than it sounds, really, short of actual wrong-doing) can, if the Fed's want to throw the book, bankrupt mid-sized healthcare companies.
Again, though, it's actually pretty hard to "accidentally" violate HIPAA, since all it requires when you do disclose something improperly is to log the disclosure (you don't even, strictly speaking, have to notify the affected patient- according to the law- unless they specifically ask).

(To give this the proper sense of moral authority, you have to imagine the following being read by a solemn-faced Keith Olbermann):
"Gosnell was providing a much needed service. The only reason he was allowed to perpetuate such grossly unsanitary and dangerous practices was because of the feverish anti-abortion zealots who would have used the example of his clinic as an excuse to shut down ALL abortion providers sight unseen. To avoid such a human rights catastrophe, the state was forced to turn a blind eye to the admittedly awful conditions under which Gosnell's patients were treated, and the unsanitary way in which aborted fetuses were handled. I'm not sanctioning Gosnell's actions, but before you go blaming the abortionist, you should first look at yourselves to discover why he came to be."
You just know that's what they're all thinking, including daft little Greggy.

Woman Raped at Occupy New Haven
(link to NBC Connecticut: http://tinyurl.com/73r23mz)
A member of the Occupy New Haven movement was raped in a tent at the Occupy camp late on Monday night or early Tuesday morning, police said.
Police said a woman went to find the victim on Tuesday afternoon because she had not seen her.
She went to the womanÂ’s tent and called for her, but there was no answer, so she looked inside the tent and found the woman, police said.
The victim wasnÂ’t able to respond, police said, so the witness yelled out to other Occupiers to call police and emergency medical services...

@ 146 What is it with gay men and "cruising for sex" in park settings? We get that here in NH a lot.
It's everywhere. My wife and I once took our dogs to a nearby (somewhat remote and essentially empty) park, where half a dozen guys were sitting in parked cars across from a small building. I asked a park ranger what the deal was. He said, "Fags. They meet here and then go there," indicating the small building, which turned out to be a mens' room.
And I won't tell the story of the park in Boston ...

Lotta buzz going around about Pam Geller's latest Breitbart-style stunt with the NYT: after the NYT ran a totally assholish full-page ad telling Catholiics to quit the Church over birth control and "mistreatement of women", Geller submitted an identically-formatted ad calling on moderate Muslims to quit Islam over its ACTUAL mistreatment of women and violent attacks on Westerners. The ad was rejected, and Geller published the NTY's letter telling her that they were afraid to run it beacuse it might endanger our troops overseas! Ha! Like they have ever given a damn about THAT.

It's fun living in a world where you have to fear being exposed to raunchy gay sex if you're a man and stop to use a public restroom, or fear being arrested for public lewdness if you choose to forego the restroom and take a leak behind a dumpster instead. Yeah, the only real change (and based on their outrage, consider how much they were counting on this _not_ happening) in already existing law was that the the mother had to actively refuse to view, or have described, the sonogram.
They were already taking them, and the more reputable (such as they are) abortion doctors were already offering the chance to view them. Now, the mother has to say, "No, I don't want to know," and then has to sign a form saying she said that.

According to his Discovery Channel biography, Grylls lives on a converted barge on the River Thames in London with his wife Shara and their sons Jesse, Marmaduke and Huckleberry.
Who names their kids Marmaduke and Huckleberry? Is he a big cartoon fan?Posted by: Vashta Nerada at March 14, 2012 08:46 AM (BiMP/)
Is this going to be the last post on AOSHQ? Not exactly the greatest epitaph.

G-DDAMMIT. I've gone WEEKS without ruining my keyboard. Now the image of a roly-poly ewok flailing his runty arms helplessly in an attempt to regain his footing has put that to an end. At least it was just water this time, not Coke or orange juice. Orange juice stays sticky forever.

The former pastor of my grandfather's church got arrested in a sting of the restroom in the town park. He claims he was out for a jog and had to go. Tore the church apart--people who believed him and people who didn't.

This is a very serious question. You distort so much of what I say, you can't even read a joke when it is a joke, you are so full of absolute hatred for me an internet poster on a blog, how can you receive Communion on Sunday?

At least the kids can have awesome nicknames, like "Duke" and "Huck." Just don't ask them for their full names. I'm pretty sure any child of Bear Grylls' could have you gutted and made into jerky before you had a chance to finish the question.

Padre Pio is very much loved in southern Italy. I was a couple times close by where Padre Pio had resided. My Dad wanted me to go visit. Well there were three little Fiat station wagons for us USAF type to sign out. And no one ever wanted to go there besides me. So never got the chance. Instead I got a chance to tour some of the Vatican hoping that would get some points with Dad. Nope, to this day he mutters about me not going over to see Padre Pio. LOL

My Dad was a police cadet in California many years ago. He told me the police who did similar "stings" used to use a can of spray paint to mark the men's area of junction. So the scenario is two guys are in a stall, police with spray can in hand shove open the door and spray the men's meeting point. So one guy has green spray on his bum, and the other has a partially sprayed root, with the part that was inside masked off. I think that method is much more definitive than simply having the police officer testify that two men were in a stall together, which leaves room for doubt. Either that or a jumpy video where all you see is a flurry of activity.

Are you seriously saying that? Let me tell you, prove what I've said on this blog is lying, prove it. You don't know who I am and what I do, prove I've lied, ever at all. Maybe you want to assume I've lied cause you can then justify your hatred.

Bob Caldwell, 63, editor of The Oregonian’s editorial pages for over 20 years, succumbed to cardiac arrest following a “sex act” with a 23-year-old woman in her Tigard, Ore. apartment Saturday.
The Portland Community College student told police that she began an affair with Caldwell over a year ago, and that he would give her money to buy school books in exchange for sex, The Oregonian reported.
