The secret to polling results is all in the weighting.  Depending on who you believe will show up to vote, that will tell you who will win.

 

Simply draw a line on a piece of paper.  One one end put young, never-been-married females.  On the other, put older, married men.  Think only of the 12 swing states in play and put a point somewhere along the line where you think the majority of voters will fall. 

 

If it's closer to the young women, Obama wins.  If it's closer to the men, Romney takes it.

It involves installation of a 1,000gal tank of CS in the basement, a "T" coupling, a drain valve so you can quickly drain water from the lawn sprinkler pipes, a couple more valves so you can route the CS into the sprinkler system, and a small generator driven pump to push the CS out the sprinklers incase the power to the embassy gets cut.

I believe this type of security upgrade could be installed for well under $10,000 per building.

Of course this assumes a site with some kind of perimeter zone where the grass and "irrigation" piping can be installed.
