I think you can make the case that people know he's a failure, and the window for persuadables is just to make your case.  Assume they're just looking for a reason to vote for you at this point.

MSNBC should just call itself the "Cool Kids' Table Network" and be done with it.  To be fair, they obviously were low on the food chain and didn't get to do a lot of sniggering* at others when they were in highschool, so they are enjoying dishing it now and getting paid for it!  WEEEEEEE!
