She gets some good snark in:
"It is nothing short of appalling that President Obama couldn't even remember how much our national debt is during his interview with David Letterman the other night. Even my 10-year-old daughter knows that it's $16 trillion, and unlike Obama, she's not responsible for adding trillions to it.

God I hate these people. Intrade has the SCOAMF's chances at 70/30 today. Sigh.

I wouldn't worry to much about those empty-headed dick boys on NPR. My fondest hope is that Romney wins election, the Republicans capture a majority of the Senate and the funding for NPR and PBS by the Federal government gets cut to zero.
And according to the Drudge headline, Ryan was booed at AARP when he said the ACA would be repealed. Just in case any still thought that AARP was "non-partisan". They have and will get a lot of money (a subsidy) from the government. They hated Bush because he cut their subsidy for Medicare Part B and didn't give them any favoritism for Medicare Part D, the drug subsidy program for seniors. Screw those A-holes.

The only reason Mitt had what is termed a disasterous week, is that the media had decreed it to be disasterous.
In that same time period our Libyan ambassador was raped and murdered along with two Navy seals, our middle eastern embassies were set on fire, the White House was implicated in the hooker scandal, unemployment rose, there were rumors our credit rating may be further downgraded, Obama went on TV and said he didn't know how much the debt was, he also went on Univision and got made to look like a little boy holding his pee-pee, and his Vice President said cheerleaders do great on hard wood.
But Mitt had a disasterous week.
I think there may be an agenda in play here. Just guessing.

Romney and Ryan are campaigning every day. It's just everything they do is a GAFFFFE! or it disapears down the memory hole.
The Massive Bullshit Media mavens are not in any way, shape or form going to allow Romney any traction in reporting. It's going to be uphill all the way in slippery mud.
But considering that the President is a stuttering clusterfuck of a miserable failure, it may just about be a wash.

You know, the way Sarah Palin wrote a few words on her hand, and the national media went bonkers!!

Forget about the complete collapse of Obama's foreign policy which has hurt him not one bit and which Romney can't even be bothered to savage.
The media declared his statement inappropriate and that was it he stopped attacking the Presidents foreign policy.
We had the President declare he had no idea what the debt was and everybody just fucking laughs. Not at him but chuckles along with him, its gotta be a really big number, har har, hee hee. Could you imagine if a Republican were so flip so seemingly without a clue? He would be ripped limb from limb by the MSM.

The Left always projects onto the Right...that which is true of themselves.
And that was does not apply to the ones on the Right that they are projecting upon.
If they say...."Look over there, that guy is stealing from the children!"
Then that means, that they themselves are robbing the little guys.
So the basic Decoder Formula...for decoding what the Left is saying, is:
...'Whatever the Left is Saying about the Right = What is True for the Left'
Barky is the one who had a 'disastrous week'.
So, of course they have to say...."Romney had a disastrous week".
Whenever the Left is noticeably silent about something...means, that they haven't figgured out yet how to spin it and lie about it.

I sure hope R&R are holding their cash for a massive ad blitz the last month of the campaign, if their plan is to buy every available timeslot and keep TFG off the air, well and good.
As a resident of the land of Lincoln, I'm not expecting to see alot of R&R ads, although the Chicago media market does reach southern Wisconsin and there are voters up there.
Anecdotally, there are way fewer TFG and Joe "Cheerleader" Biden bumper stickers than in 2008.
Not a lot of R&R bumper stickers either, but that's just an invitation to the thugs to key your car, so we don't get too many anyway.

Yep. Worst I've seen in my lifetime. By far. By far. I'd suggest the worst in American history given the size of the media industry and the technological advances to disseminate (or not) information. It's absurd the degree of interference, firewalling, spin, and sins of omission going on.
The Palace Guard industry needs to be utterly burned to the ground, their ashes salted, before we can even begin to have a semblance of honest elections. The biggest PAC for the Progressives? The MFM... when they aren't actually working directly for it.

Romney has made up 3 points nationally according to Gallup in 10 days. All the polls showing Barry up are D+4 or better. The left's voter enthusiasm trailed the GOP seriously. The Clinton bounce is now limp, and flacid.

71 Admire your optimism, Sarah, but it's a waste of words. The people running Romney's campaign don't even know even the meaning of "going rogue." And even if they did, would be appalled or clueless at the idea.
No.
It's not a "waste of words".
Romney has displayed a willingness to use phrases and ideas that his opponents in the Primaries used.
For example...."Get People Working Again"....was something that Rick Perry said first, and said repeatedly.
That's just one example.
Romney is using a lot of lines, and saying things that other R's have said.
I think Romney wants to win.
Sarah Palin has a lot of supporters.
He would do well, to take some cues from her, too.....in fact, I think that he already has, a few times.

Ofcourse who knows what will happen at the debates...Mitt might blow it out of the water, but the problem is that irregardless of how well he does the media will never let the meme be that obama got clobbered.
The smartest man in the world will at worst be deemed to have held his own.
Thats why the debates arent going to swing it as much as we might hope.
I dont know....frankly, i would be just as happy if R&R both grapped some walnut wood baseball bats and showed up at the next swank obama fundrasier and beat him sensless but unfortunately we dont live in medeival times anymore.

So in order to be disbarred Clinton had to keep his law license current throughout his entire tenure as governor and presidency? I would imagine he he didn't really need his a law license during this time but he kept it current.

I am utterly ashamed of myself. I think of myself as well-informed. I had no f'ing clue they had lost their law licenses. Isn't that big deal for lawyers? What do have to do to maintain your license? Is it just a fee or is some sort of continuing education involved? Hell even Bill Clinton kept his license to the bitter end. Is there anything that can stick to this bastard?

So now that Romney's taxes are out and being scrutinized, Romney need to demand that Harry Reid release HIS taxes.
Dingy Harry needs to explain how he became an extremely wealthy man, while raising a huge family, and only having his $175,000 or so per year salary as a US Senator.

I think the way this was played, and is still being played, is that Team Romney knew they had a potentially damaging bit of p.r. nonsense going when Reid was making his stupid comments. However, they couldn't be seen as responding to him, so they waited a sufficient amount of time before releasing the data they chose to release.
Now though, they aren't going to acknowledge Reid at all, because they've successfully moved past him personally. In other words, they've treated Reid like he was beneath them, and I think it worked. It's hard to look at the 4 million in charitable donations and not call that a Romney will
Let the rest of us go after Reid. It's not beneath us. Especially since Reid is a pederast who likes having sex with young boys.

"At the founding of our country, a great American patriot wrote, 'If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace,'" says Palin. "Obama's motto seems to be, 'Let the good times roll in my day. The kids can deal with the catastrophic bankruptcy in theirs.' That's no way for the leader of a great nation to behave, and I hope Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney continue to call him out on it. Generations of American children are counting on them.""
Me: One of Romney's problems is that he has no sense of poetry. Leadership requires a level of EQ that makes an individual immediately accessible to an audience. Both Palin and Obama have that gift in abundance.

I think that the big reason for Bush's spending...was to thwart the terrorist's attempts to sabotage our Economy.
Bush was fighting the War on Terror.

Of course taxes are going up. The "Bush tax cuts" of 2002, which were extended twice (which would make them the "modern tax rates") will expire, go up, as of Jan.1 , 2013.
And there are new taxes coming on line in 2013 to start to pay for "Obamacare". So Tom Cole is only speaking the pragmatic truth. There can be no tax reform with a change in rates if Obama is in the White House and can veto any legislation that even a Republican Majority can pass.
Consequences? What happens to our slow economic growth when
1) taxes go up
2) electricity gets more expensive because 36,000 MW capacity is going to be retired because of the EPA
3) gasoline prices go up because our currency is being devalued?
Thud!

The EPA will be causing the shutdown of over 160 coal fired power plants in the next 24-36 months. Approximately 36,000 MW of electrical generating capacity.
Some of these are very old plants, which were kept up just to provide surge power when needed. Some weren't. Plus the EPA is making it very hard for newer plants to do boiler rebuilds and modernization without having to run the re-permit sequence and risk getting fined/shut down because of "Green house gas" limits being written in for new and re-permitted plants.
It will now be almost impossible for a new coal-fired power plant to be permitted in the US, because of efficiency and CO2 emission regs. The preferred power plant format will be a dual cycle natural gas fired power plant, because of reduced green house gas emissions and higher overall efficiency.
Look for a lot more "brown outs" and power failures in the next few years as power companies scramble to make up for lost capacity. A lasting legacy of the Obama Regime (if they are voted out) will be to make our power grid more like a Third World country.

"Why won't Mitt Romney come clean with the American people?" the new web video asks. "What else is he hiding?"

You wouldn't get CLE for teaching. But really, CLE's not a big deal. You listen to a lecture, in person or online. Some states make you press a button every so often to prove that you didn't turn the video on and leave. The thing that people complain about the most is the cost.

Where you are headed was what I was going to recommend. Also, look at getting a domain name which includes what consumers are looking for such as discountstarters.com. That is probably taken, but might want to explore this option to greatly increase traffic through higher rankins on the search engines.

>>Look, folks, I am in this field. I have been for more than 30 years. Losing 36,000 MWs of the most cost-efficient generation capacity in the US is a disaster. You have no idea how bad the increases are going to be. They will be disastrous to the individual energy consumers and apocalyptic to large users – those who create jobs.
I shudder to think of what this is going to do to grid reliability as well. A lot of those coal plants help support the grid during disruptions. They regularly provide both energy and MVARs (Mega Volt-Ampere Reactive) that keep the grid from collapsing when large loads are added or lost. (ThatÂ’s about as simple as I can make it and still be understood.) Losing these stabilizers will make it very hard to hold the grid. I pity the load dispatchers.
Trust me, people, this is a very big, very bad thing that is happening as a direct result of Barack ObamaÂ’s war on coal.<<

Lots of info on what companies can protect via trademarks in domains. Recommend, if you haven't to look around for info. If you are selling the company's product as an authorized distributor and it is clear it is not a Caterpillar website you should be good to go. As far as lawsuits, they talk tough, but all they can do is go to a panel to have a judge rule on the domain name. At worst you would have to give them the domain name. Like I said, lots of info out their on domain name and trademakr challenges.

People who support the police state forcing others to comply with their particular social view are statist. Period.
Does it occur to you that people with moral conscience don't have abortions because they don't believe that is the right thing do, as opposed to being forced into that decision at the point of a gun?
I hate abortion. Hate it as much as it is possible to hate a terrible human behavior.
Know what I hate more? A government that dictates what moral decisions people are supposed to make. Don't do it. Why? Because it's wrong.
If you can't convince others to not do it because it's wrong and resort to enacting federal law to enforce your social view at the point of a gun, your argument has failed and you are no better than the other side.

Let's be real here - it was a typical "pro-lifers are dragging us down" complaint, cloaked as a pragmatic appeal to reason.
If an issue is serious enough, it must over ride other, lesser, issues. Go to hell fast, or go to hell slow, the destination is the same. While I've abandoned any desire to stop the liberals and welfare scum from killing their own children, I still understand the horror that traditional pro-lifers associate with the practice. If both major parties were indifferent to, or supporting of, that practice, I could hardly fault them for looking for a 3rd option. Killing people is sort of a big deal.

Cut them into strips and then whenever you see a car with an Obama sticker put it under the windshield wiper. I think I saw that at LI.
I would add. "I know you are embarrassed about this so I tried to remove it, but somehow I dented your bumper. Then I noticed you had no air in your tires so I called the police to have them check it out. Have a nice day"

With the media's refusal to report on any news, and their making up memes out of whole cloth, the only way you can fight is through organization.
I believe the race is over and Romney has won. As long as he doesn't make a real mistake, and executes his turn out machine, he will win. Obama just tossed his October surprise early and it had no effect.

my wife and I were out for lunch and a drink today, and someone mentioned the 9/12 march of 2009.
The place we were in sent 7 busses to that event, from a small place in a small county.
The media even then, even since the very inception of the tea party was burying the lead and in full cover-mode.
Even our “friends” on fox news reported at first 78,000 people attending that march on DC, when the actual numbers there were the largest ever in DC for a march. ( 25 times greater at least, some estimates were 28 times greater, 2.2 million people )
What did Gibson say ? “Never heard of it” in response to a question about the Tea Party?
Tea-baggers is still a term used by the journolist-set and the longer it goes on it makes me want to full on slap the grins off their faces when they say it.
That is one of MY motivations
I am starting to think that the moronic journolistas will never change their ways till one of their own gets the Libyan or Egyption mob treatment, only then will some of them start to awaken to what they have done. They are sowing the wind, and sooner or later they will reap the whirlwind.

At some point, Romney is going to have to beat up poor defenseless Obama. That's what humans want, we haven't changed since the time of gladiators. That's when Obama's Chicago Thug side will be shown.
Modern Presidential campaigns are today what gladiator games were in ancient Rome. I don't care what polls say, no one wins elections by being the nice sap. They're already calling Romney a racist for having the temerity to run against the black messiah, might as well start going for the jugular.
