The ordinance is aimed at persons, including other youths, who cause anyone from kindergarten to age 25 to feel terrorized, harassed or threatened with no legitimate purpose. It also covers cyberbullying.
It is amazing that stupid do-gooders can never see down the road to evaluate what the effects of their actions are. I can see it now; "Teacher teacher, Johnny scared me (sticks out tongue at Johnny)".

Mark 12:17: And Jesus answering said unto them, Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's. And they marvelled at him.
Do not let your love of South American socialism detract from your real mission. Especially since the Catholic church is struggling to maintain membership.

Some party leaders say they believe that the number of debates pushed Mitt Romney to the right in a way that contributed to his loss to President Obama.
What all those multiple candidates did was virtually assure Romney got the nod as the not-Romney vote was split. And in the end what this is all about is providing them with more control in getting "their man" the nod. Which they have been doing for a long time anyway.

Another mark against Rand Paul; He takes the Democrat side in voter ID.

In the interview, Mr. Paul also stressed his commitment to restoring voting rights for felons, an issue that he said black crowds repeatedly brought up during his speeches.
“The bigger issue actually is whether you get to vote if you have a felony conviction,” he said. “There’s 180,000 people in Kentucky who can’t vote. And I don’t know the racial breakdown, but it’s probably more black than white because they’re convicted felons. And I’m for getting their right to vote back, which is a much bigger deal than showing your driver’s license.”
Okaaaaaay.

...where is the prince who can afford so to cover his country with troops for its defence, as that ten thousand men descending from the clouds might not in many places do an infinite deal of mischief, before a force could be brought together to repel them? B. Franklin, 1/16/1784, founding the Air Force and the 101st.
Obviously this nation has a very effective grid of defence against yon hot air balloons. Once the current administration powers it down, we will be open to "an infinite deal of mischief." Behind this seemingly unrelated chain of events, I sense the working of a singular, sinister hand.
Don't you fucking laugh. The Japanese tried it, from across the Pacific. It worked.

I told him that 1) the person who will cry "show me the facts!" is the same type of person who will discount any fact you choose to bring to him, 2) you have the right to your own opinions but not to your own facts and 3) I won't open a discussion on someone else's dime.
Since then I've refused to engage. Perhaps I am wrong in this, but I am reminded of the first subject of last night's ONT...and that is, it's impossible to debate an issue when the other side keeps moving the goalposts.

Reading the entire interview it does not appear that he was totally against voter ID, in fact it looks like he believes we do need some mechanism in place to keep dead people from voting. The Republican over emphasis on voter ID is a short sentence at the end even if it is wrong headed.
However he is clear in supporting eliminating the restrictions on felons voting. So that is still another strike.
Strike 1, open borders/amnesty
Strike 2, Felons should be able to vote'

There are numerous non-biblical sources regarding Jesus including Pliny, Tacitus and Josephus. The fact that there was a man called Jesus who caused a big hub-bub in Judea is pretty incontrovertable.

And a few months after that, Caesar's soldiers were casting lots for Christ's robe after they crucified him at Golgotha.
Pope Francis is the religious leader of over 1 billion Catholics WORLD-WIDE. He's not asking for a cookie-cutter commie re-distribution policy, he's arguing for a square deal for the impoverished living in countries where the 5% crush the 95% as a matter of civic pride. And Pope Francis knows all too well the threat American socialists pose to the Catholic Church and its associated charities. Recall the travails of the Little Sisters of the Poor? I don't see Chicago or NYC seizing the assets of local museums for welfare funding, either. Moony's piece is just the SOS.

OK, thanks. I looked at those cars. I never realized those were "undesirables". In fact I thought the Studebaker was a much wanted item. I owned a Corvair and yes it was neat to drive. But here is the low down;
(1) Mechanically unreliable, that air-cooled engine was a POS. (2) When the engine was working it leaked oil like a sieve (3) Although it handled very good if you ever let that back end swing around on you too far you would lose it big time. That happened to me coming off of the San Mateo Bridge merging into 101 going into San Francisco taking a friend to the airport to catch a plane and had a blowout on a rear tire. During RUSH hour. I managed to straighten it out and get it off the road.
