Plus, Adam Baldwin. From Chuck, Firefly, and other sci-fi type stuff. You probably have heard of him. So he's an expert.
And of course the usual gang of Morons.
This movie is based on a short story by Derrick Bell, praised and hugged by Obama, and called "not a radical" by the MSM despite the fact that he himself proudly referred to himself as a radical.
So, here's this stupid movie. The plan is we're going to start playing each part in sync so it's "live," you dig? So don't start watching now. We'll do a countdown, then start watching.
We'll have a five minute intermission between each delicious part so we can discuss What We Have Learned Thusfar.

Yes, I no longer expect politicians to understand or believe in their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution, but I do (probably naively) expect integrity in military officers, their understanding of the oath, and their responsibility to those they command.

He had returned from a days' long convoy and sent me an e-mail early this morning with a funny lolcat (we do that).
He had his first shower in days and crashed after that. Had no idea that Panetta was coming/arrived, or the "suicide bomber" even though he's on Camp Bastion.
They were ordered on lock down, and he still didn't understand why. Then they heard Leatherneck was getting mortar fire.
Anyhow, he wasn't flustered. Just pissed when he found out the Marines had to leave their weapons outside the tent.
All in all, we keep our politics to ourselves (we all share the same) and just wished him and his buds to stay safe.
SCOAMF and Panetta are fuckwits. And so is the fucking Marine commander who knuckled and made those young Marines leave their weapons outside the tent.

I view the Marine Corpse disarmament as appeasement to Muslims who also attended the Panetta briefing.
During my service in Asia we slept with our weapons, and would have never considered giving them up for any reason. That's your only lifeline in a hostile environment, and giving up your only means of defense is like surrendering your balls. No thanks, I'll keep both my double-tapper and balls.

Panetta was, is and, will always be a Dem hack political appointee. By any rational standard, he was unqualified for CIA and is doubly unqualified for DoD. But we are not living in a world of rational standards.
If he did not feel he could trust the troops, he did not have to meet with them (of course this would have been too revealing).
If he was worried about an attack, he could have met with the troops and expected them to do their duty and protect the area (but this would have required courage).
So as a bona fide liberal, he decided he could not trust US troops, wanted to meet with them for political gain, and chose the option of revealing his contempt for those serving honorably in a misbegotten war by requiring them to relinquish their weapons. Team Obama rides again!

It was suggested we not travel in uniform due to the "prevailing political climate". Never got a direct order not to be in uniform, so I wore my A's.
