Stef Cutter Flees Interview;
Makes Mistake of Not Fleeing Bret Baier

— Ace

Video Now Up: At the Right Scoop.

Bret Baier just interviewed her. She doubled down on claiming that Benghazi is only a political issue, claiming Romney was the first person to "politicize" it with his post-Cairo Embassy apologism statement.

She blabbled when Baier pointed out that the White House, too, had disowned those remarks-- night of the protests in Cairo.

Plus, Baier didn't note this, but Cairo is not in Libya.

She continued to claim this was all political, saying "We have two people out on the campaign trail accusing us of covering something up."

When Bret Baier played the tape of Obama on Letterman again claiming it was a spontaneous YouTube protest, she claimed this was the information she had.

When Baier noted that the State Department issued a statement that it had never, not even in the earliest hours, been their belief that the attack had anything to do with the YouTube video, she claimed she got that information from "intelligence" (the CIA).

Having not done very well at all, she ended the interview vowing, "Next time I'll bring my notes."

Meanwhile, Katie Pavlich asked her if she had any intention of resigning. Cutter said she did not, and fled the interview.

Drudge, meanwhile, refuses to elevate this to a major headline story, because, you know, he's better than bloggers, and needs to differentiate himself.

Then Barky jetted off to Vegas for a fundraiser the next day. Then Barky and his junta accused Romney of politicizing it all (because Mitt spoke some honest truth) as they lied to America about a brazen act of war against us so as not to throw a wrench into the ineligible Indonesian's re-elect numbers.

Posted by: ThePrimordialOrderedPair at October 11, 2012 02:51 PM (X3lox)

51 Romney/Ryan are not the ones making it political. When Romney made his remarks immediately after the embassy news, the Obama machine and the media did nothing but discuss the "gaffe" Romney made, how bad his foreign policy chops are blah blah blah. That's politics. The week long rehash of Romneys remarks is politics. She is a idiot. The media is complicit.

64 Hey, how 'bout that Jay Carney guy who's supposed to have regular press conferences to keep America updated?

Post-Benghazi he simply vanished. About two weeks of huddling in the corner. However, the instant the House's Committee on Government Oversight and Reform holds a hearing on Benghazi, out pops Carney and a well-timed appearance to spin the facts and draw the MFM to his shindig instead of the Committee hearing.

Nope. No politicization there.

65 Sadly this isn't going to change the dynamics of the election. 47% +/- would vote for Obama if he wheeled a disabled child into the Rose Garden and shot her through the head. The rest of the electorate is already so disgusted with these clowns that they're committed to voting them out. What more can they do? I've been doing a little get out the vote and have concluded it's a waste of time. Everybody I talk to immediately starts lecturing me on why Obama has to go. They don't know who Romney is and don't care. A vote for Romney is a vote to get rid of Obama. That's all they seem to care about. Store clerks who don't know me have started spouting off on how Obama has to go. I don't think they could pick Romney out of a lineup.

108 As stated on the earlier thread, this administration makes it a point to consist of unserious, useless people.  These people not only need to be removed from office, but, they also need to face jail time.

I still think back to four years ago, on election night.  I was awake for hours, dreading what the next four years would bring.  There are times that I say, yeah, I expected it to be this bad, and yet, there are even times when even having known what a SCOAMF he would be, I am shocked at the depths to which he has plunged.  This people cannot be removed from office fast enough.  I am tired of watching these scumbags represent this nation.

111 Remember, as far as libs goes the only tragedy that has happened in the last month is that obama was too polite to eviscerate romney in the debates and lost because of that discretion. This libya stuff is just bumps in the road to whatever it is that obama is doing in office in the mid east.

116 Breaking!
Breaking!
Breaking!

Stephanie Cutter Ousted from Obama Campaign.

Accused of being Romney Mole!

Campaign Officials stated on conditions of anonimity, "there is no way this dumb bitch is this dumb.  She is intentionally harming the campaign and the only conclusion that we can draw is that she is secretly working for Romney!"

When asked if the Campaign Official had any proof, he replied "nothing conclusive, but She has had Chris Mathews sub in for her on atleast 4 occasions recently in a closed door meeting with the Preezy, and someone found a Romney bumper sticker hidden under the obama sticker on her car"

Eventually I'm hoping that the public will grow tired of her rudeness, her crudeness and her lies. Would love to see her and any other republican woman go at it though. Brett beier failed miserably tonight. Would have been better if they gave the interview to megyn, she would not have given her the deference to her gender that brett gave her.

No, this distinction is irrelevant here. When the government lies about the causes of a casus belli, its news and not opinion. Dick Durbin pulled the same trick when he was interviewd about the plattform changes at the DNC. As soon as a Democrat is implying that FOX is biased FOX goes into fetal position.

Asking Democrats critical questions is not partisan or biased and is in no way limited to columnists or commentators!

Stopping these people from lying and exposing their lies IS the press' job. Baier left most of his job on the table as Cutter unloaded one piece of total, offensive bullshit after another. About Drudge. His site, his decision. And yes, to keep ad revenues and the like coming in, he might make some of those decisions to differentiate his site from yours and the hundreds of other politically oriented blogs working the same stories. You might not agree with the rationale but there it is.

146 I want someone, somewhere, when one of the Obamabots states it was poor "intelligence" that led them, nearly three weeks later, to decided it was a terrorist attack and continue to video lie,  to reply: "Yes, we have all seen your lack of intelligence."

I am just an old and (currently, due to lies and four years of these fools) very cranky supermodel and I knew, the evening of 9/11/12, that these were, uh, radical islamic terrorists. I did not care why they were doing their crap, I only cared that they were doing it on 9/11. I did not change my mind about them, as I have felt the same way since 9/11/01.

So, in addition to my classic and fossilized beauty, I must be a genius compared to the Barky White House gang and the State Dept! Or, I have a gift of sight and really should be running things. Seriously, how stupid do they think we are?

It was a pity Brett did not get mad, but that is Brett. O'Reilly would have thrown her off the stage just from the exhaust coming out of his mouth.

I despise liars. Always have and always will. Thus is the state of my current mood.

147 Sic 'em, Mitt (in answer to Cutter's lies):

Governor Mitt Romney objected heatedly to an Obama spokeswoman's dismissal of criticism of his Administration's handling of the Libya crisis as a political issue driven by Romney and Paul Ryan.

Obama and his campaign "fail to grasp the seriousness of the challenges we face here in America," Romney said.

"No, President Obama, it is an issue because this is the first time in 33 years that a United States Ambassador has been assassinated," Romney said during a campaign stop in Asheville, North Carolina. "Mr. President, this is an issue because we were attacked successfully by terrorists on the anniversary of 9/11. President Obama, this is an issue because Americans wonder why it was that it took so long for you and your Administration to admit this was a terrorist attack."

"This is a very serious issue, these are very serious questions, the American people deserve serious answers, and I hope they come soon" he said.
