I have an idea - if I run a 25% discount on fees for any conservative selling his house and fleeing the state, we could corner the market, make a lot of money in two years, then close it up and move. To Texas or Idaho. Amirite?

Obama invites gays to the WH and flip off the portrait of Reagan.
Classy.
From one of the gays:
“Yeah, fuck Reagan,” reiterates Hart one week after the reception. “Ronald Reagan has blood on his hands. The man was in the WhiteHouse as AIDS exploded, and he was happy to see plenty of gay men and queer people die. He was a murderous fool, and I have no problem saying so. Don’t invite me back. Regarding the gays in the White House hating Reagan. Read the David Horowitz autobiography. One of the main reasons he went from hard, hard core lefty to conservative was aids. He saw the spread of aids in S.F. and the liberal gay loving political establishment refusing to do anything to shut down the gay bath houses for fear of branding aids a gay disease.
The majority of deaths due to aids is from liberal politicians refusing to admit and deal with the cause of aids for fear of assigning blame.

These very same people who are holding him in contempt are part of a nationwide scheme to suppress the vote. Yeah, it sure sounds like this guy wants to find "Solutions for Progress," amiright? His desire to extend an olive branch to opposing viewpoints is heartwarming.
I do enjoy how he apparently blames Reagan for AIDS, as if Reagan had anything to do with it. Reagan did not force your forebears to have sex with other men, sir.
Should we go back in time to the first case of cancer that ever killed someone and start blaming whoever was ruler at the time in the affected area? Because fuck that guy.

What a hysterical priss. This is just one more of their multitudinous ways of screaming "Pay attention to how f**king special I am! Pay attention to me now and tell me how cool I am! And then give me money!"
Blah blah blah. These imbeciles have nothing of any value to say. They're nothing but exhibitionists looking to shock the plebs with their "transgressiveness."

You know, as much as I know that everything Obama wrote in Dreams From My Father was a lie, I'm still amazed at how BRAZEN some of the lies are. This one is new to me, though I'm sure not to others. From Ron Radosh's latest over at PJM, "ObamaÂ’s Life and the Truth: David Maraniss Almost Regrets Telling the Real Story"
Other fabrications found by Maraniss include that Hussein Onyango, Obama’s paternal grandfather, was not whipped and tortured by the British. Nor was his Indonesian stepfather killed by Dutch soldiers in the fight for independence. Maraniss calls it a “concocted myth in almost all respects.” The truth was far more simple and hardly one to call up reverence: he “fell off a chair at his home with (sic) trying to hang drapes, presumably suffering a heart attack.”
I never like to laugh at anyone's death, but... COME ON. Barry goes through all teh trouble of trying to make his stepfather sound like Teh Roxerz, all badass and killed by eeeeeeevil Europeans, and the truth is that the guy keeled over while hanging drapes. It's kind of like having someone tell you you're descended from royalty, only to find out your actually descended from a chambermaid who worked in the general vicinity of the palace, but never actually went inside.

Indeed. All the more ironic since that is the ONLY strategy that had ANY positive impact.
They don't care about AIDS. They care about other people paying attention to them. Otherwise the whole "barebacking" thing would never have come to pass.

At least most of the (admittedly conservative) gay reaction I've seen to this skid-mark has been "Dude, stop helping," and a general level of embarrassment because of him. So that counts for something.

True. But it should also be noted that Africa is a place where it is widely believed that sex with a prepubscent virgin cures AIDS. The place is rife with absurd superstition of every kind, intermingled with the sexual morals of chimps.

Well, in fairness, the population of people most likely to get AIDS overlap pretty significantly with the moonbat population. Drug use? Check. Promiscuous sex? Check. Etc. Thus, it didn't really seem like there was a need to have a separate moonbat-specific strain. Sorta redundant...

I'll tell you something. Something I've never told anyone. When I was fifteen, I went to Macedonia on a school trip, to the site of Alexander The Great's palace. And for the first time in my whole life, I felt ... I felt I was home. This place was where I belonged. Years later, I got friendly with a hypnotherapist - Donald - and told him about the Alexander the Great thing, and he said that he'd regress me back through my past lives. I was dubious, but I let him put me under. It turned out my instincts were absolutely correct. I had lived a past life in Macedonia. That palace was my home. Because, believe it or not, Lister, he told me that, in a past incarnation, I was Alexander the Great's chief eunuch.

The fuck it is. Seriously, the fuck it is. I am so completely and utterly sick and tired of having the self-appointed rulers of the Gay Left act as if they speak for me.
Look, bitches, if anyone is going to be Queen of the Queers, it's me. You don't speak for me, you don't represent what I believe, you are the ones who are demanding that sexuality = political belief. My views are as equally valid as yours. No, wait, mine are more valid since my beliefs are based on reason and thought and principal and not emotion. Sit the fuck down, shut the fuck up and let the grown ups talk, m'kay?
Not that. I have Opinions about this. Or anything.

Federal regulations can be maddening, but none more so than a current one that demands oil refiners use millions of gallons of a substance, cellulosic ethanol, that does not exist.
"As ludicrous as that sounds, it's fact," says Charles Drevna, who represents refiners. "If it weren't so frustrating and infuriating, it would be comical."

The thing is that we (conservatives, moderates, the sane) will never satisfy the Lib LGBTQ-ers because they simply can't be satisfied. Their cause is political and eternal. Their pathetic whining and hijacking of the Civil Rights movement got gays into the military and convinced a half dozen States to allow gay marriage, but they don't dial back the hatred one bit. They will invent yet another narrative of oppression to justify their hatred and stupidity, and a certain percentage of people will fall for it over and over again.
Screw 'em.

even though it does not exist. One refiner said you may as well as told
them they had to start using unicorns. They are FINING people for this.
If I were a refiner, I would slap a label that says "Cellulosic ethanol" on an empty barrel and then say "Of course I'm adding it" and then dump it into the mix.

In 2007, the last time there was a real effort to pass bipartisan immigration reform, he supported a change requiring illegal immigrants to return to their home countries to apply for legal U.S. status that basically torpedoed the fragile compromise.
As president, he ignored his promise to Hispanic and immigrant supporters to shepherd through immigration reform in his first year and went on to deport immigrants at a record pace.
