2 Mmmm! The white ones taste best! What?! You are one racist SOB for even noticing!!

3 Thats good.  Older thread littered with pudding cups and valu-rite bottles.  Ryan hangover only improved by imbibing in the tears and lamentations of progs on Sunday morning talk shows.

4 How about "Some Pot for Every Dawg!" Choomie?

5 My two cents on the Ryan pick for VP...Superb choice!!!!  When one compares Ryan to actual VPs and candidate VPs in the recent past such as Biden, Goar, Palin, Quayle, Edwards, he is without a doubt head and shoulders above the crowd.  Ryan is a brilliant man of priniciple who could actually step into the Presidency if needed.  To me, that is the chief requirement of any VP.  Kudos to Mitt on his excellent pick for VP.

7 Axel rod on Snuffleupagus bragging on how they've extended the life of Medicare eight whole years. Guess it's fixed, then.

8 See the reason for announcing Ryan pic on a Saturday?  Now the Sunday shows are talking only Ryan and not the stupid shit of last week.  This will carry over into the new news cycle until at least Tuesday.

I fucking hate NBC.

Waited the whole Olympics to see the mens mt bike event and they ran it at like 7 am this morning....without listing the schedule!?

Not until my homie, Reggie Love, performs "Wannabe" with the Spice Girls in the closing extravaganza!

16 9 I fucking hate NBC. Waited the whole Olympics to see the mens mt bike event and they ran it at like 7 am this morning....without listing the schedule!? ----------- And when you try to watch on the web, they just dump you at the beginning of a multi-hour Youtube stream with no indication of when you should be watching. And the stream is actually composed of a buttload of 30-second videos, so you can't just grab the bloody thing and search through it later. And even with all the stuff they've got that they *could* show, they still seem to have time for the stupid infomercials on CNBC.

I spent over two hours yesterday trying to find out exactly when, and on what station, the only even I wanted to watch was going to be aired.  No love.  With the combined powers of the internet, I was only able to find the time of the event, but no broadcast info at all...

After that, I gave up.  It's a shame too, as  one of our local boys  is/was one of our Team USA  riders.

20 I saw David Morrissery, the governor on TWD take a swipe at Palin on twitter. The guy is your typical actor - uneducated and stupid. He also has an acting range from A to B. I'm not sure why the show employs so many english actors. It's not like we don't have enough of our own.

Bob Costas is like the Sisyphus of sportscasters, doomed for eternity to push a tedious narrative up the hill, only to have it roll back to the bottom.

We, on the other hand, are doomed to listen to him for eternity, it seems.

22 Who knew a gratuitous Sisyphus reference would be a thread killer?

23 Bob Costas = thread killer

24 Oh, great. Now Obama is paying Twitter to force me to see his tweets.

25 Bob Costas is an anal polyp.

26 24 Oh, great. Now Obama is paying Twitter to force me to see his tweets. You have that reversed. I appreciate your contribution.

27 Any of you long time blog readers remember a blog by a good looking blond lady who was in the army? She went by Cami, or Kami, but I 'm pretty sure that was not her real name. Anyone remember what her blog was called? If she is still blogging?

28 Romney-Ryan Rally in Mooresville this morning was great.  Standing room only and thousands unable to get in at all.  Everyone very pumped about Ryan choice.

29 Explain this: "Incredible photos of heroic mother dog carrying her ten-day-old puppies from a blazing home to safety" http://goo.gl/hlwol Not only did she carry them out one by one, she put them inside a firetruck??? Unfortunately, one of the pups suffered severe burns and died.

31 I given up on watching the Olympics live. I'm going to try to catch highlights on YouTube or by "other means". Hate NBC's coverage. When does their license to broadcast the Games expire? Blargh!

Posted by: Sinalco at August 12, 2012 10:00 AM (DS2Ry)

32 Obama is a stuttering clusterf*ck of a miserable failure.
