— Gabriel Malor Good morning. Some headlines to get you started:
Oppo firms get ready: super PACs, campaigns have to disclose donors to the FEC today. This will also likely inaugurate another news cycle on the "dangerous" effect of money on politics.
Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) intends to introduce a “Buffett Rule” bill in the Senate. Here's a Forbes writer on why the Buffett Rule is a really bad idea. On the bright side, once it has been introduced in Congress, the CBO can be asked to score it, something President Obama has desperately tried to avoid.

So GD idiots buy these big snakes, decide they are too much trouble to take care of and then turn them lose in the wild where they have no natural enemies. Of course they will multiply like sand spurs in a vacant lot. But this has been going on for a long time so why the big story now?

Mornin' Vic. One of the more amusing things I've noticed about this election cycle is that conservatives and Tea Partiers determined not to allow the MFM to choose our candidates once again have been led around by the nose until we arrive at the candidate the MFM (and Soros, and the rest of the progressive commies) prefers. Well, it would be amusing if it didn't involve the end of the republic that is.

It was called the alternative income tax. It has never worked for what it was designed to do (at least what they said it was supposed to do). What it is doing is now causing the poor bastard middle class people to depend on congress for another GD temporary fix.
We voted to repeal it once,Clinton vetoed it. We went to repeal it again back in the Bush years and asshole siding with McCain blocked the vote in the Senate.
Thank you RINO bastards and the assholes in AZ who voted that shit back in.

Sarah Palin is right. The republican elite want to wrap up the election and it's better for the country if they don't. I'm not a hypocrite, said up front I didn't like romney, haven't been convinced to like him. Huntsman is very knowledgeable in foreign policy. You can't take that away from the guy, but that doesn't mean that he resonated with people for the preidency.

WABC radio in New York carries him. KFI in LA carried him for a while after Matt Drudge's radio show ended, which is how I found out about him.
Problem with him is that he'll interview someone and dribble out the interview in drips and drabs over the space of a week or so. Frustrating on three points: 1) If it's someone interesting, it takes a week to get it all. 2) If it's someone boring, it takes a week to get rid of it all. 3) If you listen a lot, you're constantly going "haven't I heard this already"?, which is why I gave up on him.

Nixon terminated what connection with gold the Dollar yet had, as if maintaining the "value" of the Dollar by enforcing global oil purchase requirement in Dollars.
Very bad move, should the US Policy choose to bully India, denying India crude supply (Iranian source purchase), punishing India for any attempt to purchase crude with the Rupee.
India currently purchases crude from Iran and from Saudi Arabia. "As Aluf Benn commented in Israel’s Ha’aretz (Feb. 19, 2002), a U.S. official reportedly advised the Israeli government to 'lay off Saudi Arabia. It’s not your enemy….Saudi Arabia may be extremist in religion, but it is politically very moderate, and it’s important not to act against it.' ” Btw, "politically moderate" is limited, only so long as the Saudis get their extremist way, given a completely open berth to globally monopolize, the Saudis will smile while they play you, bleeding you dry.
A worse "American" Policy would award the Wahhabi Saudi's the monopoly supplying the Indian crude oil, as if Saudi wealth doesn't either conduct (fund) nuclear research or have direct access to nuclear weapons. The Saudi recognition for the legitimacy of Israel is based upon U.N. Security Council Resolutions 242 and 338, which also formed the basis of the September 1993 Declaration of Principles (DOP) between Israel and the PLO, that undergird the Oslo peace accords, requiring the establishment of a sovereign Palestinian State of 1967 occupied lands in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

I was painting the master bath yesterday so I got to hear uninterrupted the entire Sean Hannity show (ugh). He has on Romney, Santorum, and Newt in that order. Santorum, maybe because I couldn't see him or his sweater vest, sounded the best to me but I can see how he would freak out anyone to the left of far far right. Romney sounded ok but a little weak on some of his responses. Newt sounded angry and sorta nuts. I was really surprised at just how hostile and awful Newt sounded. Hannity was asking Romney and Newt both about how brutal the Florida campaign had become and Romney's responses were sorta measured. Newt sounded really wild.
(BTW, don't start with that Mittbot shit. I don't fucking like Mitt. I liked Perry and would be fine with a brokered convention with someone like Paul Ryan coming in at the last minute. I'm no big fan of Mitt. I do think Newt is to Newty to win against Obama and will become more of a pariah as the weeks go on.)

If you think it is embarrassing to admit you do your own work around the house you are a liberal, notably uncomfortable with manual labor.
And first you hinted that you were calling for Newt, then oh, it was Santorum you back, and now it is simply anti-Romney.
You come on this site to try to give people a false view of the independent voter.

If libs were ever forced to be completely honest, they'd say "yes". You don't have to be particularly adept at reading between the lines to recognize it whenever they talk.

There is also nothing wrong with paying someone to do the job for you if you don't enjoy the experience and can afford it.
But being a snob isn't an endearing quality.. fcol.

Ya know....I've noticed when there's a dogpile, 'it' disappears. If it's just one or two people, 'it' stays.

Man, good thing we got rid of that retard Rick Perry, huh?
Looks like the "evangelical leaders" are going to go through with their suicide plan of such massive intelligence and logic that somehow propping Rick Santorum up will force--force--Romney to select him as a VP.
With "friends" like those, who needs enemies?

The weird reflex to alert the authorities to some imaginary implied threat (over nada) seemed counter intuitive for someone trying to blend into a conservative sight.
It could be a ME muzzie or eastern european mindset. You may be right.

Mark Levin interviewed Allen West on January 30. West stated that maps were submitted to the legislature which would have kept his district intact and still been in compliance with state and federal law. Levin said he did not believe the excuses being made that the map had to be drawn the way it was as a matter of law.

Nah I have to work, too much to do. When you guys start to go off the reservation it gets boring, I'm not the only one who leaves. You make it feel like a gossip fest for a bunch of post menopausal fatties.

Oh yes, I'm sure you have a lot of work to do. Those links don't post themselves, amiright? And oh....the radio shows. You have so many to listen to, while claiming you don't listen to them. That's time consuming. And good Lord....talking to all your friends, taking notes so you can come here and tell us all what they said. Damn...oh and the anti-Romney phone call list!
How do you do it!?

Perfectly legitimate excuse. We have always bought houses that were "handyman's dreams". Our biggest obstacle was always fixing other peoples' projects.

Don't forget tar coating (for preservation) and gibbeting of the remains. That was a Brit favorite for making examples of pirates. Carcasses thus treated could remain on public display for decades before they finally rotted and fell apart.
Good times.

DonÂ’t forget, although officially today is supposed to be the primary day in FL, what it is is primary completion day. They have been collecting votes for weeks now. Too bad it isnÂ’t end of all primaries day and we can move on and pray for a miracle from the convention.
