What a picture. From Universe Today:
The Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter has now spotted a gigantic Martian dust devil roughly 20 kilometers (12 miles) high, churning through the Amazonis Planitia region of northern Mars. The HiRISE camera (High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment) captured the event on March 14, 2012. Scientists say that despite its height, the plume is just 70 meters (70 yards) wide.
Also, kind of science-y, the Russians are trying to close the exotic weapons gap. But their microwave heat ray doesn't penetrate only the top 1/16th inch layer of skin, like our hi-tech, non-lethal weapon does. Our heat ray creates the sensation of heat without doing real damage. Theirs actually cooks people. Apparently they didn't get the memo on non-lethality.
High doses of microwaves can damage the functioning of internal organs, control behaviour or even drive victims to suicide.‘When it was used for dispersing a crowd and it was focused on a man, his body temperature went up immediately as if he was thrown into a hot frying pan.
Note to Russia: It's not hi-tech if it's what I have in my kitchen.

I'm gonna have to go with the Russkie heat ray on this. Cooking the crowd is safer. Less bacteria.

Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett said on Thursday that the city's emergency management team has met regularly with the U.S Department of Justice to construct a plan. Officials said extra police officers and fire department officials are on standby. Neighboring agencies have also been asked to assist, if needed.

Sounds like Martian Tornados needs a round of "A leftist spins the “wheel of blame.”"
The wheel can land on any of the below:
*Racism
*corporations
*conservatives
*non-dem Religious people
Corporations! You see our corporations pollute our air then those pollutants and toxins travel through through space as "marxicon" particles and arrive on mars and are distorting their natural environmental balances! Think of the martian polar bears!
Join me next time for another game of "A Lefty Spins the Wheeell offfff Blaaaaaaaame!"

Since Mars doesn't have an atmosphere and has less gravity (satellites can orbit closer to the planet), the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter has advantages over earth surveillance satellites. But if you were to find out the resolution of our spy satellites you would end up on the messy side of some wet work.
Unless you were a muzzie or Bradley Manning, of course.
