— Ace Occupy, the people who have no jobs, have announced they're going to take a break from not working and go on strike from not working, which, logically speaking, should mean they'll in fact start working.
But it doesn't, and it won't.
Occupy Wall Street, largely forgotten over the last few months, aims to make a comeback from this winter’s hibernation with an ambitious plan: a crippling May Day “general strike” in the tradition of 1930s radicalism. The grand promise is what one occupier, Brendan Burke, described to BuzzFeed as “a day without the 99%.” But in the city where the movement was born, it’s already suffering from what has emerged as one of Occupy’s signal weaknesses, the lack of ability or interest to make alliances with liberal institutions. Despite public solidarity, there’s little relationship between the Occupy movement and organized labor. And as a result, even the most progressive New York labor leaders say their members will not participate in the May 1 strike…

These rat-pukes have a really nasty obsession with feces. They are some real sick flucks.
The truly sad part is that the GOP leadership took the OWS dirtbags more seriously than they ever took the Tea Partiers. Boehner "understood" why they fling feces. He's a crier after all. He knows excretions and secretions and the like.

A "crippling May Day strike?"
WTF do they plan to do, get between a union goon and his big rig with a full trailer that absolutely has to be somewhere on time? Or block the exit of a shipping center full of goonions with large trucks?
Actually, I'd almost pay to see something like that.

The occupy scum have created jobs in St. Louis. Just last week, they spray painted the historic Compton Heights Reservoirs walls with slogans and defaced an antique bronze statue in the park by spray painting the words "CLASS WAR" across her breasts. It took thousands of dollars the city doesn't have to clean up their mess.
Mayor Slay _still_ sucked up to them.

In a one party dictatorship, there is no smooth transfer of power to the next generation of leaders. The aging Central Committee was set to hand off power to a younger group of leaders later this year. That is now up in the air as it appears possible that the old guard is not quite ready to step aside yet.
Man, this is familiar. Chernenko and Andropov, anyone? For all my fatigue with our electoral system, it beats this by a mile.

For every hour your daddy voluntarily doesn't work, it sets back this family financially by one day. Meaning we have no disposable income for one day for every hour I don't work. Having no disposable income as an adult is like being grounded. So for every hour you strike, you get one day of being grounded."

In an unusual move, the legislation passed unanimously Thursday without a vote on the measure itself. Passage was automatically triggered by a procedural motion that was approved on a 96-3 vote.
The bill would give the public a more frequent look at financial transactions of government officials. A driving force has been Congress' focus on its own dismal approval ratings.

Basal cell is the "Myron" of cancers. Such a nothing that for the next 10 years when you are asked if you have had cancer (blood donation, insurance forms, etc.) and you say, "yes, basal cell," you'll get a "ppffffttttt!" in response. More of a nuisance than a threat.

This will probably work out as well as that Day Without Illegal Aliens did a couple of years back. Remember when they were not going to show up for work, and bring the economy to its knees?
People liked it, and wanted more days like it.

“Like everything else OWS, it’s symbolic but it’s also practical,” Burke said.
Bwahahahaha
Also, if they put as much effort into their job search as they did into that May
day general strike poster, they would be millionaires.

"Largely forgotten?"
Hell, am I the only one for whom OWS has been added to my day-to-day lexicon? For example, whenever I hear that somebody is working toward an English Literature degree in college, I can just say, "Oh, so they're getting one of those OWS degrees!" Also, one can make passing references to "picthing a tent" in Niagara Square (downtown, here), instead of the more to-the-point "be a bum".
So I find their existance to have been quite useful.
