Image is also very large, for maximum impact. Your monitor may not be capable of handling the awesomeness.

And the echo-boner: we have a very, very good shot of replicating this map.
Take heart, morons.
Update Since TrumanNorth asked nicely, you are looking at a 58R-40D-2I Senate in the map above. New Mexico, Hawaii, Ohio, Michigan, Virginia and Connecticut are the next batch of Democrat-held seats to fall after the already projected D losses of Wisconsin, North Dakota, Nebraska, Montana, Missouri, and Florida, in this scenario. King still wins Maine.

You'll need a grave to get that asshat Whorehouse Harry Reid out of the Nevada Senate Seat.
I seriously do not think there is a more odious character in politics than that creature. They love him there too....he gets the stupid Feds to dig a giant hole for nuclear waste and then put nothing but federal money in the hole. There is something particularly fucked about Nevadans.

(Reuters) - The Obama administration on Friday formally released $1.3 billion in military aid for Egypt despite Cairo's failure to meet pro-democracy goals, saying U.S. national security required continued military assistance.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton waived congressional conditions imposed late last year that tied U.S. aid to progress in Egypt's transition to democracy following the ouster of longtime President Hosni Mubarak.

God is not only in the sky, God sustains everything. It is only by the "insane" love that God has for us that we (humans) are now integrated in the life of God. Does God need us? No. Does God love us? Absolutely! Why? God knows. Read "Death on a Friday Afternoon" by Richard John Neuhaus.
Drive down a country road and then deny that God created for us a wonderful world. Adam sinned. The second Adam, Christ, was obedient. All sins are forgiven. God and Man are reconciled. That is the Good News.

I'm not going to pungle up $5 that says you're wrong in your count--cuz I want it to happen. Still never let the perfect be the enemy of the good, and if we have 58 Rethugs in the Senate, it only takes two little wee wee Democraps to come on over and give us 60 votes to do what we dang well please.
My vote for the first 60 vote legislation is a "sense of the Senate" resolution that Harry Reid can go crap in his hat--and put it on his pointy head.

I really do not care if Repubs win so much, as long as they can get some crossovers like Manchin and, say, Landrieu. There are several Dems who are to the Right of several Repubs. It's all about how they vote, not their Party affiliation. The Dems struggled to get to 60 when they had 60. So would Repubs.
I expect it to be more like 53 or so Repubs. Max 55. Repubs need a Prez nominee with some coattails to do better. Does not exist, unless Repubs get a brokered convention... and get lucky.
