Instead of an 80/20 split, for example, a lot of companies are moving down to 60/40, which expressly is allowed under the law. The upshot being that a lot of workers now have worse coverage packages post-Obamacare than they did pre-Obamacare. The left is so loopy retarded, however, they would not be able even to grasp that irony.

Well, I don't have any knowledge about that aspect of his judgements. The notion that he's "switched to our side" is an interesting one, in that ANY Reasonoid would truly be on "our side" with regard to national security, terrorism, law enforcement, and other misc. issues. But from what I've seen, Welch appears to be a pretty typical Reason (which, let's face it, should actually rename itself "Snark" magazine) Libertarian, dutifully engaged with issues of anti-Statism, personal freedom (including the attendant drug permissibility), and civil liberties.
