One of the judges did dissent, of course, and vote to knock it down.

As to the Walker story, the seventh circuit is stocked with R appointees, still a lot of Reagan ones. They sucked on the illegality of the domestic violence ban on purchasing firearms, but Posner just rocked the house on conceal and carry.

I.e., you have the constitutional right to BEAR a gun. AG has petitioned for en banc review, and that decision is pending whether to take it up or not.

But overall, great circuit and Judge Sykes is a rock star in defending our rights.
