Where did these numbers come from Ace?  Based on my experience in a large company with > 5,000 employees racism in the company was responsible for 0% of the bad outcomes with black employees.

What caused most of the problems with black employees that had problems was (1) Lazy (2) the US owes me a living and (3) Poor education.

I think it depends on who you are. If you live in government housing and go to violent public schools, it might be a little higher, but also, that's where the bad culture hits the road.

Want your kids to be educated?   We give every child public school education from kindergarten through 12th grade.... for free!

Want more than the public schools can provide?    My state (Wisconsin) gives vouchers to attend private schools and, even if you can't get a voucher, almost every parochial school (including the one my kids go to) has generous financial aid paid for by good-hearted Catholics, so you can... for free!

Even if that doesn't work, my city (Milwaukee) has beautiful public libraries where you can read and learn and sit quietly (and safely)... for free!

Want to play Little League?   My kid's Little League has a program where, if you have financial need, the league (meaning parents who have given donations over the years) will pick up the tab for your fees, so your kid can play... for free!

The mass transit system has lower-income rider plans.

The zoo and the public museum and the art museum all have lower-income membership waivers.

We have a beautiful park system... for free!

And that's before you start on food stamps, housing assistance, welfare, Medicaid, etc., etc.

And that's before you talk about affirmative action opportunities in getting into college or graduate school or getting a job or getting a promotion.

We are an incredibly generous and giving country.   And all you have to do as a black person are things that no white person can make you do...

Don't get pregnant.

Don't skip school.

Don't do drugs.

Don't commit crimes.
