That aid was already committed and Obama let it go forward because he thought Morsi would stay in power (and perhaps use it to attack Israel). He backed Morsi, he complimented him, his ambassador met with the Muslim Brotherhood for THREE HOURS right before June 30.

And I am still hoping that those documents taken from the Muslim Brotherhood offices have info on not only Morsi's subterfugesbut Obama's!

I enjoy Levin's written work more than his spoken. He's a brilliant mind but abrasive. When I'm narcissistic I know the type.
The thing is I am in a real quandry because the GOP has finally found my redline for me.
I had a lot less sympathy for the devils last winter, but the total betrayal of the GOP working poor and abrogation of their duty to stop misuse of the office Obama occupies is my breaking point.

The American people are not bothered enough for my liking ma'am, and I sincerely cannot fathom how anyone who has given the issue of his profligate personal spending on our dime indexed with his miserly chokehold on DoD while letting GSA and IRS put on the ritz would not be bothered.
I'll take solace in the fact that he has received narry a bump from a foreign trip, which goes against historic norm. His absolute shunning and open by diplomatic standards mocking by the G-8 was a pleasure to see. 43 or so percent of the American people think he's swell.
And add in the 3% of our party that sat out it seems like long odds for Pax Americana.

The reason I am given pause HP and the reason I am not my usual celebratory self is I am fairly certain if I walked into a 20 somethings bar and asked say 40 people their feelings on the founding and verbally quizzed them on civics maybe 5 to 10 would have any idea what I was on about.

The Bill of Rights, the Checks and balances and inherent distrust of power because no person should be entrusted with that much ability to coerce or punish lightly.
Anyway I just want to reflect, entertain the boy some, maybe let him look at some fireworks if any are launched here, and avoid crowds...

Reflect on mission, assumptions, intel, logistics, resources, etc.
I find a big bottle of Jack Black helps me clear the fog a little (usually a couple of days later though)
