For the Middle Class.

Seattle Seahawks at St. Louis Rams. Coincidentally Boston is also in St. Louis, game underway.

Sure, they're covered up. But you know they're in there.

The elbows I mean.

why do professional athletes these days, especially in hockey and baseball, grow those Taliban beards?  looks awful!  is it to hide steroid acne?

and when professional football players get those elaborate weaves, it means they have to sit for some hairdresser for 4-8 hours.  not manly.  at all.

19 Thunderb, one reason is it sucks to shave and then play. The sweat stings and itches like a mother on a freshly shaved face.

52

Hey, as a Seahawk fan, I'd be all in for the Frasier Cranes!

When did the motto for professional baseball players become "You be careful out there among them English"? Not a sexy look, but they must not care.

However, I likey the Cardinal player with the longish black hair - Carpenter?

Back to watch the Seahawk game for obstructions. (I also think Ortiz has a verifiable 'Beast Mode')

55 I'm sure many of the fans parked in the Edward Jones Dome for the football game are checking the baseball score on a regular basis.

56 There's a lot of forehead acreage there.

57

'I'm sure many of the fans parked in the Edward Jones Dome for the football game are checking the baseball score on a regular basis.'

From what I heard in the pregame football show, they are showing the live baseball game on the big screen in the dome whenever possible. And at one point, there was a big cheer from the crowd when there was no football action taking place - turned out to be the Cardinal HR.

Posted by: dwagyak at October 28, 2013 06:04 PM (Xg5nt)

58 Ground-rule double makes it 2-1.

Posted by: Vendette at October 28, 2013 06:08 PM (MpP9p)

59 Ugh. Too bad it went into the stands.

Still, up 2-1, better than nothin.

Posted by: non-essential connenter #27791629 at October 28, 2013 06:10 PM (/C6Mj)

60 I think baseball needs cheerleaders!

How about a brief session of eye-candy every half-inning, and do something special for the 7th inning stretch.

Wouldn't that keep things from getting too tense?

61 Yes!!!!!

74 I don't GAS how nice a catch that was, the player needs to have his ass beat for holding out the ball and grandstanding before he made it into the end zone.

Posted by: Niedermeyer's Dead Horse at October 28, 2013 06:45 PM (DmNpO)

75 Well, guess the Sox just wanted to win the WS in Boston for a change.

76 Butterface my butt! Boobehs, belly buttons and boots oh my. You know she could make good money walking on guy's backs with those boots; that would get the kinks and knots out. Heck she could put chiropractors out of business. Yeah, yeah I know there is some guy out there who is sick of her shit. Well it ain't me so why do I care about some bozo. Is baseball done yet? Never could understand why some bozo who hits a ball around three times out of ten - at best - is some great ball player.
