Yeah. I'm a bit torn. I don't want my bitterness to cloud my judgement.

 

I do see a major opportunity for the Pens this offseason. A lot of player's contracts are up in the offseason and we have the amnesty buyouts.  Also there are a ton of good coaches available.

 

If it were up to me, I'd fire Bylsma first. You can't have a team like this and not win cups. His only cup win came coaching half a season with another guy's team.

I'd trade Fleury in the offseason. I like MAF and have always been a defender of him, but I can't ignore the fact that he's become a playoff choker. I still think he's a very good goalie, but the Pens aren't a team concerned with getting regular season wins, they're concerned with getting playoff wins. While his trade value is down, Fleury is still a good goalie and better than many starting goalies in the NHL. There are teams out there who would be willing to see if he can restart his career in their city. This sounds drastic, but I think the fact that the Pens started Vokoun in game three tells you all you need to know about their confidence in Fleury's ability to win playoff games.

When I first heard about there   being a building collapse I was like,  "Oh dear.   I wonder what happened?"     Then I heard they were doign demolition on a neighboring building, and I thought,  "Oh.  Well, maybe something went wrong with the demolition   and it just happened to also affect an inhabited building?   I hope everyone's okay!"   And now, as more and more comes out about it, all I can do is shake my head in disbelief.  To describe it as a massive, deadly clusterfuck    does not do it justice.

I think the point is that, for many people who remain immature into their adulthood, the commitment of marriage and children    often    requires that they start exercising some maturity.    The ones who don't are   the ones who will never grow up, no matter what life throws at them.    But the ones who do are the ones who may never have grown up BUT FOR    getting married    and having children. 

 

It's not a requirement to get married or have children to gain maturity.   I've done     neither and I think I'm pretty mature.   But     some people need the civilizing force of "settling down" to help them    over that last hill from being a foolish child to being a sensible adult.

255 OT - Mike Hammer- Answer to last nights question. Brand is Whirlpool Gold, Accudry, but according to their website, they don't make/carry/distribute them anymore. I paid about $250 seven years ago. It's made to run in cold temperatures which wasn't important to me. I just wanted a good one, and knew I'd be running it Easter to Labor day 24/7 every year. Actually ran it 24/7 365 till about two years ago.

266 Verizon. People seems to assume there is only one order. It would stand to reason that the Feds got an order for every carrier. Furthermore, there may be other orders, not leaked, which go beyond metadata.

If they couldn't get Fast and Furious prosecuted, etc in the last four years, it will never happen. No justice at all for that Travesty.

Same with Benghazi - Obama/Hilary are so responsible for that clusterfuck, but they and they minions will walk. Nothing will happen.
