Daily Mail Announces New Video, Girls Gone Felony Flight Risk
— Ace

Arrested for corrupting the morals of a blogger.

You know how most women who are arrested aren't very attractive? And even those who might be marginally attractive in real life tend to look sorta bad in their mugshots?

Via @jammiewf, Not these babydolls. Whoa nelly, not these babydolls. I wouldn't kick any of them out of bed for cutting off my penis and burying it in the garden where the racoons would get at it.

Now I already gave you the Big Win from the collection of pictures so it's all downhill at the link. But the Hoosegow Honies (as Iowahawk used to call them) at the link are pretty cute.

And speaking of Winsome Slammerbunnies, America's Sweetheart, Reese Witherspoon, went all Drunken Diva on a cop, in a funny and embarrassing tirade caught on police dash-cam video.

Serious issues brought out by the video:

1. She is feisty. That's not just an act. Very Tracy Flick.

2. Also very Tracy Flick: She has given some thought to what it means to be an American, and what the rights of an American are. But not much thought. Mostly she envisions the Constitution as guaranteeing her right to stand where she likes and run her yap.

3. She's sorta trying to defend her husband (if counterproductively), who's actually the driver here who was stopped by the cops. I suppose that makes it cuter. Or cute-ish.

4. But darnit, she wants to know if you know her name, and if you don't, boy howdy!, you are So about to find out, Mister.

5. Her husband completely sells her down the river at the end and tells the cop "I tried [to stop that], that was completely one-hundred percent not my fault." I think this part is going to be An Issue at home.

You could score some major ass if you hung around the lockup waiting for chicks who need bail  money.   Especially  if they were brought in on a minor drug beef or  for public intoxication.  Bring extra smokes - they'll  appreciate that  and it should help you close escrow  on the vagina deal.

28 Yes, his throwing her under the bus will be something he's reminded of during any argument with her in the future. As for "do you know my name" it was a lot less indignant than I was imagining. And then there's the story of Snoop Dog and co. being escorted by sheriffs into a concert, smoking a joint the whole way there. So they do get a little bit of special treatment.

Posted by: Up With People! at May 03, 2013 11:09 AM (FmFB3)

29 For starters, the point at which Obama wants to eliminate the ability of you and your employer to deduct contributions to your retirement account isn’t actually the $3.4 million in his budget proposal — that’s just an estimate. The real number is how much a couple age 62 would have to pay for an annuity that yields $205,000 a year. That $3.4 million — which applies to the combined values of your pension and retirement accounts — is subject to a sharp downward change in the future because annuity issuers charge significantly less for an annuity when interest rates are higher than they do today, with rates at rock-bottom levels.

Second, I canÂ’t get past ObamaÂ’s wanting to limit saversÂ’ tax-favored accounts to only about half the value of what he stands to get from his post-presidential package. Based on numbers from Vanguard Annuity Access, I value his package at more than $6.6 million.

Witherspoon is proud of the "definitive Southern upbringing" she received, which, as she said, gave her "a sense of family and tradition" and taught her about "being conscientious about people's feelings, being polite, being responsible and never taking for granted what you have in your life."

"Because somebody stole  my  heart, girl.  And DAMN, you are fittin' the DESCRIPTION."

Then maybe some suggestive lip-licking and eyebrow-waggling.  You know, just kind of freestyle  it.

100 That's the sense of entitlement that 95% of Hollywood has.

Reece is a victim of her own success........but not so much.  She's just an uppity bitch like the rest of them who thinks they're above the law and don't have to obey the orders of superiors in those situations.

Because there's no such thing, from adults. I've never heard a non-kid "Sir" that wasn't really "I deserve to be punched in the neck until it's all squishy inside, but I don't think you'll do it."

From the National Enquirer

Auto mechanic Gilberto Junior, owner of Junior Auto Body, Inc., in Somerville, Mass., came face to face with Jahar less than 24 hours after the bombings and says he was certain “(Jahar) was on drugs” when he showed up at his shop.

Jahar seemed desperate to pick up a white Mercedes station wagon heÂ’d dropped off a few weeks before with a damaged rear bumper. HeÂ’d said the car belonged to a girlfriend.

Junior said Tsarnaev often brought in cars for wealthy friends from Boston University and MIT, and always paid in cash. What was strange was that Jahar showed up the day after the bombings wanting the car back early, clearly on edge.

“He was very nervous, biting his nails, agitated,” Junior said. “I thought he was on drugs, medication.” Junior didnÂ’t report it to police. Tsarnaev took the Mercedes without having it fixed.

The Mercedes was not the car that the Tsarnaev brothers were in when cops cornered them in Watertown, killing JaharÂ’s brother Tamerlan, while Jahar sped off, running over his brother. He later ditched the vehicle and escaped on foot.

who's car was the white Mercedes?

165 I actually have dealt with some decent cops.

One dude tried to talk me into being a cop while he was taking me to jail.

Posted by: eleven at May 03, 2013 03:21 PM (fsLdt)

My last encounter pushed me over the edge.  Sunday morning drive back from Lowe's.  Two lanes both directions.  Going the speed limit when car in front of me was signaling to make right turn so I moved to the left lane.  Siren and lights 30 seconds later.

Pull over wonder why I was being stopped.  Cop came to my window and first thing I told him was that I was a CHL holder and had my gun on me.

He looked at me and said in a sarcastic manner   'yeah, so what?  It doesn't effect this'  , meaning I guess his intent to ticket me.   I said, 'no officer, I'm required to let you know that I have a weapon on me' .

He ignored that and proceeded to tell me that I had changed lanes without signaling.  He also said he was giving me a ticket for no license plate in front.  At which time I showed him the plate which was in my back seat which I had not put on yet on this car which I just got a week ago.  He then looked at my license and asked where my corrective lenses were as I had that restriction.  I told him that I had lasik surgery and intended to have restriction taken off when I renewed my license.  I even showed him the doctors script showing the lasik surgery that was completed.  He asked for my insurance card and went back to the patrol car and returned with four tickets.

I said 'four? you just indicated three violations.'  He said ' your insurance is expired '  at which time I realized I had given him my old card which expired 4 days previously and still had in the glove compartment.  I asked him why he didn't just tell me and I would have simply grabbed the correct one.

It took everything  I had not to go Mel Gibson on his ass  and instead made him give me his Supervisors name and explained exactly what I was going to report.  He hesitated at first to give me the name but knew he had fucked up.

On Monday I went to report it and lo and behold,  Houston has a five page prelimiary report you have to fill out before your complaint is even submitted.

Straw.  Camel.   Back.   Broke.

Posted by: rickb223 at May 03, 2013 03:31 PM (pHivF)

I see where you're coming from and I largely agree, except for the title "sir". To my mind, in the context of a traffic stop it's something of an abasement. Using their formal title, "Yes, officer", "No, officer" etc is respectful without descending uncomfortably close to grovelling.

I haven't had a ticket in over 20 years, even though I've been pulled over quite a few times. Formality, and being honest when you screw up on the road goes a long ways towards keeping a clean record.

She was advised to stay in the car.  She disobeyed that order and the officer did not know what she did while in the car, so he was in his right to consider her a threat and arrest her for obstruction.

It all boils down to "Do what the officer says, address it in court later, if necessary."

Why does everyone have to be an ass?  No one knows this even happened if she just stays in the fucking car as directed.

213 I remember I had some problems with cops as a teen, usually because they would constantly stop me when I was out after school to ask "what I'm doing" and ask to check my coat and pockets and whatever. I still think it was douchebag behavior. I remember one time I was waiting for my friend after school (after I finished school) and they even stopped and asked "What, do you like hanging around kids?". I mean, I was the same age as the friends I'm waiting for...but guy talks to me like I'm a pedophile.

Anyways, living in the burbs...I've had friendlier experiences. I'm not sure if it was a Chicago cop thing, or just because I was a teen. I do think it's funny that I was treated like how my black friends claim they are treated. They called it racist or profiling, but I'm not exactly black...I think it's just teens are suspicious.

Anyways, I relate to dealing with jerk cops. But if you did something wrong, own it. It does no good to lash out because you were stupid and got caught. I've been there too, and it just makes you look like an ass.

Don't do the chicken when the officer approaches, ie hands flapping everywhere as you look for your insurance and proof of ownership.  Or you will be eating gravel after being TASE'd.

And for goodness sake, turn the radio off.

252 @233:

I've seen that portrayed that way in books and movies, but as a kid...I felt targeted. We're all idiots at that age anyways. I certainly was. I guess it's different for a kid to act crazy than a grown adult, though. They should have the life experience to mature...at least a little.

I always wanted to bring this up when people talk about profiling, though. Everything black teens complain about experiencing (pulled over by cops for no reason, shop clerks looking at you as if you're a theif, etc) due to "racism" is something I dealt with too. It's not so much racial as a suspicion that youths are more likely to commit crimes. I don't get it all now, cops even stop and ask me if I need a ride when I'm going for a walk.

259 Telling the cop she was preggers? Had to pee? ...just watched it and missed that. She spoke stupidly. Reese was "politely" mouthy but not ZsaZsa crazy. And the law officer politely reciprocated her refusal to get back into the car on command. Neither raised their voices into a shouting match. Such good Southern manners, even during an arrest. There are of course some people, like Mrs. Obama for instance, that refuse any order, even to be quiet. I guess they don't "take turns" very well, either. /Ask Hillary '08.

262 232 Is there new info. on where he's being buried? The stories from MA say that he's being prepared at Mahoney's Funeral Home, but they backed off saying he'd ultimately be buried in Worcester. Posted by: Lincolntf http://goo.gl/yT4y0 The reporting as usual is contradictory. They say he is "being prepared for burial somewhere in or around Boston" and that no cemetary in Mass or 2 other states will take him. The family wants a second autopsy because they believe that the cops murdered him. Well, fuck them. Who is the family? Who is paying for this? He should not be buried in the US at all. The parents don't want the body but why are we stuck with his rotting carcass? http://goo.gl/KGi03 This is not going to be a cheap funeral since they have to pay for security. Again, who is footing the bill and if they have the money to do so, why can't they ship him back to where he came from?

264 I have a friend and the cops know who he is-but not for the reason you might think. He's about 70 and an avid birdwatcher so he's up listening to the birds and watching for them at preserves around the township-long before they're supposed to be open. In fact, sometimes the cops will drive up and say, "Hey, it's about 7:00, Aren't you supposed to be at such and such a place by now?" he likes them and kids them and says. " You get paid overtime for this-watching some senior citizen bird watcher?"

267 It has to be done, the State obviously didn't want to do it, so somebody had to. Posted by: Lincolntf Somebody - but not necessarily them. They could have refused. It would put pressure on the "family" to ship him back to where he came from.

269 As for "no ties to America" that's true, if you discount 10 years living here, an American wife, and a brother (albiet himself a shit-stain) who is also an American citizen. And how many of those years did he spend plotting against this country? He couldn't even be bothered to get citizenship in 10 years. His wife won't even claim his body and what are the chances his brother who also plotted against this country will be visiting his grave? Ship the carcass back to russia - now.

270 From my experience (includes working at a Chippendale's sort of strip club for women customers - and no I wasn't a dancer),  Reese Witherspoon's behavior is typical to a "T", and very common, for many women who are feeling empowered and have had a wee-bit too much fun. It is all rather harmless, especially once the booze wears off. That was a fairly routine incident, the only thing notable being a celeb was involved.

The ultimate reality of the Obama Administration is that there is little hope.

When JFK was President, the USA was going to the moon and every child wanted to grow up to be an astronaut.

When BHO is President, the USA is going nowhere. The space shuttle is no more. Children can aspire to be on Food Stamps when they grow up.

274 OnMonday I went to report it and lo and behold, Houston has a five page prelimiary report you have to fill outbefore your complaint is evensubmitted.

Straw. Camel. Back. Broke.

Always be polite with the officer - give him zero indication that you are going to report him for being an ass. Then report him - if he hasn't made any special notes detailing bad behavior on your part on his ticket report - he is in deep trouble. His higher ups will believe the civilian when the cop hasn't made a report of  bad behavior. This came from some Houston Police officers I know.

Chris Rock had some awesome advice on how not to get your ass beat by the police.  I think Mr. McNair and Mr. husband-of-Reese-Witherspoon watched that and took the lessons to heart.

Response for when the angry girlfriend/missus accuses you of not standing up for her?  State "Someone had to be able to get your bail money together and show up with it in the morning."  And after stating that get ready to survive a nuclear attack.*

*Duck and Cover is still good advice.  And have a local bar to go to until the storm subsides.  That is also good, traditional advice for males.  As in "Yep, another beer;" checks watch, "I got to stay out for at least two more hours before I can go home."

As I examined the merchandise, I had a strong feeling that store security was watching me. It didn't bother me, since the way I was dressed made it bloody obvious that I was not a regular customer.
