The mechanism for how cat allergies work has been discovered. Formulating a treatment seems within reach.
What is this "militia" thing gun grabbers like to whine vacuously about anyway? Now you know what actual Federal law says it is...and its VERY SEXIST.
...of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard. If you're female and not in the guard, you ain't even covered by the 2A according to gun grabber logic. You're welcome.

My ride's up for a new timing belt, and the garage is packed full of crap, so that's gonna wind up being an all daylight job. I figure about 4hr start to finish. I might save that till the weekend.

Eclectic non-scandalness.
I'd started prepared an emergency ONT when it started getting to be 10:15'ish and there wasn't an ONT in draft status, then the ONT suddenly appeared. That emergency ONT became this.

I found a pretty good site a few years ago that would take your address, factor the topography, and tell you whether you had a decent chance of getting any of the listed stations.
I don't think this was it but it has similar facilities:

OK, ‘rons and ‘ronettes. I can always repost in the Headlines thread. But first, can anybody explain why I should get up at the crack of dawn, go to work, go home, sleep fitfully and then do it all over again? Because I really, really don’t want to be here. Can I trade my membership in the KISS Army for membership in the FSA?
**deep sigh, looks for tea**
No hot water. It figures. OK, then, here are a couple of short stories. The first is brought to you by happy puppehs:
During the days of silent film, directors didn’t have to worry about calling “quiet on the set.” Sometimes several films would be shot simultaneously in adjoining sets, while at other times, an organ player or small band would be playing during a shoot in order to put performers in the right mood. But when sound came, noise could ruin a scene, resulting in multiple – and expensive – retakes.
One old movie hand, reminiscing for Photoplay magazine in 1930, remembered a time when a day extra on an early talkie brought a pocketful of crickets with him and let them loose on the set when no one was looking. For the next three days, sound techs tore the place apart trying to find the strange chirping that was ruining their recordings. And that sly extra – with all the other extras – pocketed three-day checks instead of one when the shot was finally finished.
Our next story comes to you courtesy of the lovely Miss Rabbit:
It’s said that the MGM producer Hunt Stromberg, discussing the production of a possible South Seas picture, told a conference, “Boys, I’ve got an idea. Let’s fill the screen with tits!” When it came to massive mammae, the 1950s were the decade for the breast man, with the emergence of Marilyn Monroe, Jayne Mansfield, Mamie Van Doren, Sophia Loren and Kim Novak.
But of course, it had all started with Howard Hughes, who knew that his 1947 Western, The Outlaw would have a very special appeal to male audiences. To ensure it, he devoted take after take to shots of busty Jane Russell leaning over the wounded Billy the Kid.
And it worked. At the movie’s premiere, when Russell leaned forward, a member of the audience yelled, “Bombs away!”
Hope you all have a wonderful day.

During the Cold War, if the Soviets had not truly believed we would have pulled the trigger, we very well would have been probably nuked.
So it is with your liberty. You must make it clear that you will not accept abridgements, not will you accept excommunication for so not accepting. For we are at a critical inflection point, and only resolute determination will win through.
As has been seen time and time again--at first they of the other side will scoff. Then they will redouble efforts. Only after it becomes a determined struggle will they reconsider. You must therefore make it a determined struggle if you are to have any chance at all (for the threat to liberty is far greater than at any other time in the history of the Republic), and you may have to do it without the help of anyone of importance in national office, for they of position and title are at the end of the day are all too often concerned mainly with what can be for themselves, not with what should be for us all.
