A ham that would go marvelously with some mashed potatoes, with sea salt 'n peppercorns, diced bacon, chives, and home-churned butter.
Also, greens beans, sauteed in garlic butter.
And a crescent roll.

Dry-rubbed Boston Butt, smoked over hickory at 230 degrees for nine hours and then finished in the oven for another four hours. Final internal temperature was 205 degrees.
By the way, it freezes really well.
