Getting older sucks. Need to exercise.
Remember when you got charlie horses when you were a kid. They hurt like hell, but then that was it. Now, they come on, do not go away for a few minutes, then the leg is sore all day.

19 I have been running. But, I really dislike running, so I changed it up yesterday and did some things in the house. Much harder than running, it seems, because my inner thighs and calves are WAY sore today.Legs in general are the thing that punish you the most for working them. On the plus side, they seem to respond the best to work. It is amazing how many things squats seem to help.Posted by: Sponge - Saying Ashli Babbitt at April 16, 2021 06:47 PM (Zz0t1)

Now working on the programming. And the playfield art. Then I need to get the spinners, targets, ramps, lights, sequencers.... And then I just need to wire it up. Put it in the cabinet. Do the backglass art and display.

Almost scratch.
The one thing I didn't think I could pull off was making my own playfield with correctly, uh—lookitme, I don't even know the word for it—uh, sized holes?
That stuff's gotta be tight. Tight holes for the pieces to snugly fit into. Or you get slop. Nobody wants slop.
I got a guy who's been doing restorations and from-scratch pins for decades and he suggested starting with an existing playfield. I was going to do something simple like "Mata Hari" but he came up with a "High Speed" board and that looks like super-fun.

I gainzzed weight during the latest shutdown... um, "pause" for Covid. It's not coming off easy, so I began walking on a treadmill. Joints hurt the first couple days, but are starting to feel better.I started walking a mile a day around the neighborhood again since the weather turned nice, and now it's cold and grim again. I blame Gretch, who is a literal witch, in the sense that she is in league with evil and is to blame for milk souring, calves dying, grain rotting in silage, can't cross running water nor a circle of salt, and so on.Posted by:NaughtyPineat April 16, 2021 07:02 PM (fxCK2)

Hogmartin *waves* What tracker do you use? I have been using something called "FatSecret" which cracks me up every time. I don't think my fat is a secret.LoseIt. I picked it up on a whim back in April of 2019 or so and went from 215 to 200 just from having some awareness of what I was actually eating. Then down to about 190 over the next year, until I came back up to 205 in the fall of last year.Posted by:NaughtyPineat April 16, 2021 07:03 PM (fxCK2)
I don't know if it has any features yours doesn't. I can scan UPC bar codes to add items, but I think they all do that. Oh, it does have some little notes when you add something and it detects a pattern, like "Good choice! I mean, imagine you are Japanese -- USA is not only a key ally, but US power is vital to your survival as a nation. Without US protection, Japan would be in deep shit. Japan depends on imports for food, and has manufacturing in many parts of S.E. Asia which is vulnerable to Chinese pressure. (Taiwan, Burma, Vietnam,...)
Since the war Japan has taken the defensive tactic of following the US lead on all things, often including not being threatening or pissing off any threats but relying on US to protect them.
Now, the US is a shithole 3rd world Chinese Suzerainty and they have a senile groping corrupt coot in charge. And the US press says how wonderful it all is.
The Europeans would discuss this in Belgium (or the Riviera,) but the Japanese would send the PM to see for themselves.

My suggestion would be to either git gud at machining or cozy up to someone who does that sort of thing. This also offers a workaround for any big-scary-object bans that Our Betters might attempt to impose, at least for things made out of metal or good quality plastic.
I've been eyeballing Carbide3D's low end CNC stuff for a while, though I really want something that can do more than tickle aluminum.

Lets unpackage some of the stupidity in this statement:
"imaginary heaven" - how do you prove a negative? You can't know that heaven doesn't exist. So denial is an article of faith on your part.
You use the words "poor" and "love" but you don't know the meaning of those words, so you don't even know what you said.
You also use the words "ad nauseum", these words you also don't know because it means that you get sick at the thought that one should "love" the "poor". So you either don't know the meaning of those words, or you genuinely get sick at the thought that the "poor" should be "loved".
Also, the Bible is a closed book to the unregenerate. You are no exception. You pretend the Gospel is a Works Righteous religion. It is not, in fact the Gospel is an antithesis to all other religions in that there is no amount of works that can earn a person heaven, nor any sin that would prevent the Elect from entering. Basically you are an ignorant and bigoted heretic.
Since you don't know the meaning of words, nor have the ability to comprehend morality and virtue, exactly what value do you think you can add to any adult conversation?
