IRS IG's report proven to kinda be hasty incomplete bullshit [Purp]
— Open Blogger

The foreign press is all over this...drawn like moths to a flame. The problem is/was nationwide, not just Cincinnati.

When Charlie Rangel, the nation's premier practitioner of brazening out scandals says you need to come clean, maybe you really need to come clean. He's a pro. He got mad scandal skilz that have stood the test of time.

Oh, residents in Brighton UK have been reporting the appearance of an inter-dimensional vortex on one of the local streets and requesting that the streets department do something about it before pets and small children start disappearing. One more thing on the list of things to be concerned about...

4 Quite frankly Brighton can only be improved by being sucked into a vortex. They keep voting in the Green Party, FFS.

5 I lost a couple of plastic pink flamingos and a mango tree to an inter-dimensional vortex last year.  Pernicious things when one pops up.

No.  I haven't been paying attention to aftermarket Win8 hacks.

The buzz is that Microsoft plans a Win8 reboot pretty soon.  They know they fucked up.

13 ncj, here's an article about some win 8 'fixes':

Now to be on topic, here's a Reason article which claims that we've been told a different lie:

http://tinyurl.com/alxtd3j

In brief, the surge in non-profit applications didn't happen until after the new Cincinnati office 'guidelines' on conservative groups was implemented.

For their next lie, I think they should try 'the dog ate my homework'. They haven't trotted that one out yet.

18 Oh,  good morning!

This morning I am finding out that Cincinnati has authority over other IRS offices.  Also they have bought some super huge computer that is tracking stuff other than tax forms,  like who owns sailboats and who likes to bet on horses.

I am up because the Coast to Coast show had too much scary stuff on it for me to lie in bed listening and drifting back to sleep.

Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration J. George Russell (L) will testify...

Dear Lord, what's up with that dudes head?

21 The IRS has, for as long as I can remember, been notified about boat purchases. Only the very top tier of socialists are allowed to own such items. Proles who purchase boats have obviously stolen the money or acquired it through some other illegal method and their tax returns have to be examined very closely. Welcome to the USSA.

25 judging by insty's site, JEF's podium performance wasn't that strong. maybe it's time for him to play the racial immunity idol at the next tribal council.

28 JEF's podium performance wasn't that strong My initial reaction to Obama from Day One was that he was reading the words of someone else. Then I did some research and discovered some 24 year old 'kid' was writing for him. That 'kid' left the WH in March and Obama has a new crew without the same fiery zeal. The 'kid' is off to Hollywood now as he wants to continue his work writing fantasies for leftists.

29 Yep; Jon Favreau. There is a picture on the internet of he and another campaign worker holding a beer to the mouth of a cutout of Hillary Clinton. Classy Jon Favreau is shown fondling the breast of the Hillary Clinton cutout, Frat boys on parade. That's just one of the stellar folks Obama had working for him.

33 Turns out, Lois Lerner's "spontaneous" revelation of the IRS scandal was as deceitful as everything else that comes from this administration. Kevin Williamson has a great summary of her lies at National Review.

34 If ever there was a moment and a causus belli to kill obamacare this is. The only thing worse than the horror that is obamacare is the horror of the IRS enforcing the horror of obamacare. I see a lot of potential of mischief.

Speaking of dogs that didn't bark...

I haven't read of any leftist / progressive / liberal organizations coming forward with idiotic, intrusive questions asked by the IRS when they filed for tax exempt status. That means (a) they weren't asked such questions, or (b) they don't think such questions are idiotic or intrusive.

If that's the same Stardock that did the ObjectDesktop for OS/2 years ago, they been doing UI hacking for a very long time and are pretty good at it.
