I was in downtown Denver w/my son when the Pot Fest went to shit (a crowd of stoners rushed down the 16th street mall like it was the running of the bulls). We heard what happened from one on them in a coffee shop line a little later, and then watched the news report with eye witness accounts. My son commented that the guy on TV was just like the coffee shop guy (spacey, twitchy, etc.) Informed him that that there was your brain on pot - and the perils of drug use finally dawned him.
Which is a long way of saying: yes, I think Obama was totally drugged out on Friday night. Something was off, and it's not the first time he's appeared that way.

Growing up there in the 70's and 80's BCA (before central air) I was accustomed to the humid summers and freezing winters. The weather there can get bizarre, but thats the mid-west for you.
