I'm not excusing them knocking out Marty Balin of Jefferson Airplane or some of the other crap they did, but there's a reason they were never charged with that particular guy's death despite the film footage of it.

My daughter had neighbors that would leave their dog outside all night in the rain, cold, snow. Poor thing would cry all night keeping everyone up. I suggested that she draft a letter from the "Neighborhood" to tell them that if they didn't treat their dog right that they would file charges with animal control. She left the letter and immediately they started bringing the dog in at night and not leaving the dog outside in the daytime if was raining/snowing.
It worked. She has seen them walking the dog on a leash and it seems that they are taking care of him. Some people are just brain dead stupid and need to be told either by biker or a letter. Good luck.

My wife runs outside and hands them a ziplock bag and tells them to pick it up and take it home as a memento. Sweet, pretty, soft spoken lady points at it and hands them the bag. She will stand at a front window with field glasses looking for offenders.
