Obama Gives 5% of His Salary to the Treasury
— Ace

"The salary for the president, as with members of Congress, is set by law and cannot be changed," the official said. "However, the president has decided that to share in the sacrifice being made by public servants across the federal government that are affected by the sequester, he will contribute a portion of his salary back to the Treasury."

He could agree to voluntarily pay a 65% tax rate on all of his current earnings. As well as his future earnings. Given that he thinks it's fair n' stuff.

Someone worth several million dollars (mostly from book sales, most of which seem to have been "sold" to warehouses owned by Soros, the DNC, and OFA), who makes 500k a year and spends millions in taxpayer dollars every year on vacations and parties is going to give back 5% - of the 500k. Oh, did I forget the aggressive attempts to flatline the economy, increase unemployment, make life harder for small businesses and the very proud participation in running our national debt up to "unsustainable" levels?
