92 The two brother kittens I brought home a few weeks ago are still pretty tiny. Still have blue eyes, though one of them, the longish haired gray/white tiger seems to be changing over to green or yellow. The other has the markings of a seal point Siamese but his father was a domestic short hair, so he looks kinda funny. His eyes will likely stay blue. The 16 pound cat who was already resident has grown accustomed to them. They stalk him, he runs them over, leaving little furry tumblers rolling over behind him.

101 Here is a legitimate view on the current impasse for the left-- Defunding ObamaCare does not remove the law. It still remains on the books. It simply is a time out, a chance for reconsideration, a temporary "amnesty" if you will, and if the people still wish this program, they can make their voice heard next year, just as those who gave the GOP a majority in 2010 and 2012 made their voices heard, though those voices have been ignored. Congress has the only power of the purse. And the House is the preeminent branch when it comes to initiation of spending. That is the American form of government. It is obviously not Barack Obama's, who wishes to use the most kingly and aristocratic branches to overrule the most popular-based.

243 We have had a bunch of cats, or different ones have used us for their sundry purposes over the years. Since our main cat Mikel died in the spring, Monkeyboy has gone through a tough time. He was a kitten when we (and Mikel) moved to this house, and had to assume the badass cat role. However, the new neighbors pitbull has injured Monkey and he has considerably slowed. Still a badass at 16 lbs of pinkish-orange fury, though. He won't have to worry about the neighbor's pitbull because Mrs. E will feed his ass to the gators. The pitbull, not the neighbor.
