You know, if you squint, you can see some justification for not allowing access to visitor log information because merely knowing that person A went to place B, even if you do not know the contents of the meeting, can reveal highly relevant information.

Pull quote from the decision:
In sum, we conclude that one of the factors in the four factor control test unambiguously favors the Secret ServiceÂ’s position, one unambiguously favors Judicial WatchÂ’s position, and two are relatively uncertain. This circuitÂ’s descriptions of the four-factor test do not make clear what to do when the factors point in different directions, with different intensities....
Accordingly, if the four-factor test were the only relevant consideration, we would be left with an uncertain result. That uncertainty would redound to the benefit of Judicial Watch, in light of the Supreme Court’s instruction that the “burden is on the agency to demonstrate, not the requester to disprove, that the materials sought are not ‘agency records,’”
BUT
And then they proceed to pull a bunch of secondary cases out their posteriors to decide in favor of The One.

Police in Wilmington are investigating the reported gang rape of two women at a park in Delaware.
Police say two women, ages 32 and 24, were reportedly attacked and sexually assaulted by a group of 10 to 12 black male juveniles in Kosciuszko Park at about 6:54 p.m. Thursday. According to police, the suspects, who range in age from 12 to 17-years-old, remain on the loose.
..........“The new criminal we’re seeing, they’re bold, they’re brazen, an they have a total disregard for life,” said Maria Cabrera, city councilwoman-at-large in Wilmington.

True story.
My 91 year-old MIL spied 'somone' sitting on her front porch in a rocking chair, just saw their head. She grabbed the shotgun, her dead-husband's Browning, went out the back door and circled around to the front. It was a raccoon that had climbed up the back of the chair and was sitting atop of it.

My theory is darker...
There are three major economic issues that have been put off by printing money.... unemployment, the debt, and Obamacare.
All are going to hit the economy in the next 6 months... as the Government finds even they can no longer fudge the numbers.
So Obama needs a long term crises that is NOT an existential threat to America... he needs just enough of an emergency to be able to use Emergency Powers...
Thus... War in the Middle East.
The reason for the recent walkback on action from the Admin, and others... is that Putin is very angry right now... and Russia IS an Existential threat to the US.
Kerry's speech was all about 'limits'.... trying to convince Putin that a strike is just a symbolic gesture... something that Russia does not need to respond to... as it will be militarily ineffective.
Problem is, that Putin is also angry at Saudi Arabia, and their explicit admission that they control the Chechen Terrorists.... the ones who used gas to kill hundreds of Russian children a few years ago...
So... end game.... Obama in his hubris, because he has lied and cheated his way to power, will strike thinking there will be consequence.... in which case things may very well spin out of control.... like WW1 did...
