— Ace This is a two year old story-- it's coming out now because until recently, the dramatic video had been suppressed.
This woman was sexually assaulted and then threatened with arrest (and the suggestion her kid would be taken from her) if she continued saying she'd been sexually assaulted.
According to internal court documents, as Contreras was leaving, family court marshal Ron Fox ordered her into a waiting room for an unexplained drug search.Contreras said Fox touched her buttocks, breast, and ordered her to lift up her shirt. A later internal investigation by Clark County courts validated her claims. Contreras went back into the same courtroom and told hearing master Patricia Donninger that her requests to have a female marshal handle the search were ignored.
Oh and the judge did nothing. Just sat there. And she's continued to sit on the bench since.
The marshal has since been fired.
Maybe the worst part is when she's forced, under threat of arrest and maybe of having her kid taken from her, to tell lies in court-- specifically, recanting her first truthful accusation.

Saw this a couple of days ago. There are some real slimy people in that court and it is not the victim. Lawsuit or no, some people should be in jail.
As an aside, a real reporter might hunt that slime ball 'marshall' down and ask a few questions. I'd like to know his current place of employment.

The sad part is this does happen, and happens repeatedly, almost daily. The reason THIS made the news two -2- years later is that they now have Video.
No one believes it unless it is on video. Everything else must be lies, because no one can be that reprehensible. Yes, out of 300 million people, there are a million or two that are that reprehensible. And because of their position, they think they are untouchable.

The police nor the courts ever notified her of anything. Probably hoping to avoid a lawsuit.

Yeah but that report is probably also the first time a lot of cops heard about it too. Like I said check in a year and see if anything is going on. Cops can at times be little more than government sanctioned mob enforcers. You know when the make up a bullshit law to arrest a girl accusing them of sexual assault.

Ok, I don't get this:
HOUSTON -- A military judge on Friday rejected a new defense strategy by accused Ft, Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan.
The judge, Col. Tara Osborn, said during an afternoon hearing at the Army base that she would not allow Hasan to argue that he shot Ft. Hood soldiers to protect Taliban leaders in Afghanistan, as he had proposed.
Why the hell not? They won't even allow a terrorist to say he is a terrorist? How PC of them.

Maybe. There are lots of governments on this planet of ours. Most of them are so corrupt it's an open joke, like we talk about Chicago, or Mexico. Revulsion and frustration simply result in a ping pong between one group in power, then the other. It's a recipe for wars and assassinations, but the people in power stay as corrupt as ever.

So why isn't there similarly tougher sentencing on government officials who abuse their public trust? Doesn't that intimidate and silence citizens?
Actions like this should invite the death penalty. That motherfucking piece of filth used his government power to sexually assaulted that woman and then silence her by threatening to take her child. And then every other official involved covered it up.
A free society cannot allow that. It's either tougher sentencing or citizens sawing off the heads of people like this and putting it on YouTube as a warning to other government goons.
Otherwise we're all slaves.
